Family settlement

Respected experts,
My father had created a will in favor of my elder brother in the year 2010, stating that all my property belongs to my elder brother, the Will is not registered, now my elder brother has mutually created an agreement that we will distribute the property among us equally in the year 2018.
the mutual agreement was created on A4 size paper with 4 withness signed so according to the law will we both get an equal share in the property or the mutual agreement has zero value in the eyes of law?

Procedure for delet of 2nd name from share cer. of chs

Dear Sir,
I would like to know the procedure for Deletion of the 2nd name (due to death) from the Share Certificate of a Co. op. Housing Society. The Share Certificate of a Co.op Housing Soc. has two names as per the agreement. 1st Name Husband, 2nd name Wife. My wife died due to a Heart Attack. so her name is to be deleted from the Share Certificate. There is no addition of any name in the share certificate.

Scope of section 35(1) advocate act,1961

in section 35(1A) it is written that "The State Bar Council may, either of its own motion or on application made to it by any person interested......" who all are included in 'person interested' and is their any supreme court judgement in which court explain the meaning of 'person interested'

RESPECTED SIR,
THE ADOPTION DEED WAS CREATED ON WHITE PAPER IN THE YEAR 1951 . THE SAID DEED CONSISTS OF THREE ATTESTED WITNESSES , ADOPTIVE PARENTS SIGNATURES (BOTH FATHER AND MOTHER ) AND WRITER SIGNATURE IS ALSO PRESENT BUT NEITHER THE ADOPTED FATHER NOR ADOPTED MOTHER(i.e NATURAL PARENTS SIGNATURES ARE NOT IN THE SAID DEED) SIGNATURES ARE PRESENT IN THE SAID DEED.
Q1. WITHOUT THE SIGNATURES OF THE NATURAL PARENTS THE EXECUTION OF THE WHITE PAPER DEED IN THE YEAR 1951 IS VALID OR NOT? IF NOT HOW TO PROVE THIS BY EVIDENCE ACT PLS PROVIDE SECTIONS REGARDING EVIDENCE ACT AND VALID CONTRACT AGREEMENT SECTIONS.

Builder failed to give approved project number of axis bank

I hv bought underconstrucion flat linked with construction method of the builder and at the time of sale they hv informed me that axis bank apf number is under process and they get it very soon even in broucher they hv mentioned axis bank name as under process banking partner and home loan provider now I hv done registration of Flat and builder are sending demand notice as per schedule I hv sent many emails asking builder to give apf number but evertime they informed me that it is under process and they will get it very soon now buikder has sent me demand letter but it is not possible to pay from my own funds even I hv given sanction letter of axis bank to builder and in my case only axis bank is giving me higher amount now what should I do pl help

Company refusing to relieve and asking to serve more

Hi Everyone,
I am working in a company Since more than 3 year. I resigned from there and got notice period of three months and get my last working day. Just two weeks before my relieving my manager assigned some tasks that need around more two month. Now he is refusing to relieve and saying after completing that only I can get relive. I spoke with everyone in company but no use. In notice time I took some leaves but they are saying to extend it more than that (Around 49-50 days).

I can't serve more than my relieving date as I need to join elsewhere.

What can I do in this situation? If nothing works out how to get relieving letter ?

Can any one please suggest me, how can I removal of EB HD line which crossing middle of my residential plot? I am from pondicherry, the HD line is crossing center of my plot so what action i could do to remove this pole and send the line to alternative way.

Rate of tds under section 194c

During the FY 2020-2021(precisely between January 2021 to March,2021) a Contractor (Say 'Mr X') provide certain service to our Company the value of which is more than Rs.3 Lakhs.

But he submitted his bill for payment in April,20, 2021(Bill date is also 20th April,2021) for the entire amount.(No payment was made to him during January 2021 to March,2021).

At what rate his TDS U/s 194C will be Charged on Mr X(Being an individual) ie .75%(For FY 2020-2021) or 1%(For FY 2021-2022)?

Illegal appointment

As per notification No. GAII/C1/2100/09 dated 28/04/2010 a temporary post of Assistant Professor of Mathematics was notified by the University of Calicut. At the time of this notification itself a permanent vacancy of Lecturer/ Assistant Professor was available in the Department of Mathematics, due to the retirement of Professor X.
Since the post was purely temporary many prospective applicants might have restrained from applying for the post. A school teacher was the only applicant for this post. An interview was conducted by the university and the candidate was appointed as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics on temporary basis in lien vacancy of a professor Y. Within four months she was regularized against the existing post of Professor X. Is this regularization illegal?
