In what grounds do grandparents get custody of child? Both parents are alive but divorced and father doesnot care towards the child.so how are court procedures and what law would be applicable? Please Help

Iam an Excise Duty payee assesse.. i would be allowing Trade Discounts such as Prompt payment Discount and annual Turnover discounts to my customers from 2014-2015..As per Board clarifications such discounts are allowed to be deducted for calculating assessable value..How should I proceed for filing my monthly E.R.'s.as I would be knowing the quantum of Trade Discounts allowed subsequently after supply of material/goods.at a later stage when annual turnover target is achieved and cash discount availed by my customers...

i have a land property of 10 acres i got the property in the way of will after partition.
in case of divorce now my wife will get share in self acquired property or not?

Please let me know if Hill Top/Hill Slope rules are different in PMC areas and in grampanchayat areas around Pune.
I know that within PMC limits construction on hill top/hill slope zones is not permissible.
Is the same rule applicable for the grampanchayat areas around pune.
Can I purchase a plot under hill top/hill slope zone in grampanchayat around Pune and construct house on the same.
