Hi,
Even after marriage I want to continue using my maiden name as all my legal documents have my maiden name.
But on my daughter's birth certificate mother's name is my after marriage name.
Now I want to get my daughter's birth certificate changed to have my maiden name on it as mother's name.
Please help me with the process. This is very urgent as to get her passport I need new Birth Certificate

my name was on original suite, I not contestant. after passing degree, I myself impleaded in FDP and pray for ex-parte set aside, same is allowed by FDP court. ex-parte order set aside. can I get my share/ can this FDP Court allot my share / is FDP court have power to allot my share

Dear Sir/Madam,
Two Groups fought Resident Welfare Election.
One group just named themselves as LOTUS GROUP. The
without any symbol, does it mean it is affiliated to any party?
The other faction which fought the election successfully by using a replica of the BALLOT PAPER be circulated with selected candidates ticked to gain more votes.
My question:
01. Using LOTUS GROUP means affiliation to any POLITICAL PARTY???
02. Can a REPLICA OF BALLOT PAPER be circulated by a group ticking in column against their name??? Does it not amount to violation of rules.
Hope this is not a vague query or unfit query.

I intend to buy a property and during checking the sale deed I found that the link document is wrongly mentioned. On (EC) encumbrance search the correct link document is mentioned, I have taken certified copy of that link documents and all THE DETAILS ARE IN order. Now I have to get the sale deed rectified and the person selling the property to me is residing abroad and the party who had sold the property to him is in India.
I have inquired with the registration office and they say that the vendor presence is enough for registration of rectification deed. But I have heard that legally both buyers and sellers should be present. kindly enlighten correct procedure and can a GPA or SP be taken from the person staying abroad to complete the registration of rectification deed legally with out any scope of problems at later date for taking bank loan ,resale, etc.

What steps are to be taken on behalf of the Complainant in 138 matter of NI Act as against the Accused where the Accused has failed to file Appeal as well has failed to deposit the compensation amount awarded by the trial court on or before completion of 30 days of the judgement/order.

Hi friends i have a query- As per the provision of Section 48 a particular class of shareholders can vary the rights with the consent of 3/4th members in writing or through Special Resolution passed in the meeting.
However as per Rule 4(3) of Equity shares with differential rights, the company shall not convert its existing equity share capital with voting rights into equity share capital carrying differential voting rights and vice versa.
My question is that doesnt the two statements contradict as section 48 says any right can be varied and rule 4(3) says that differential voting rights cant be varied

Sir,My wife grandfather has acquired huge properties in and around khammam before his dismisal a partition deed on 100rupees stamp paper was made and all sons and daughters signed on it.Accordingly the property is distributed among them.but till today that partition deed has not been registered at local subrigistrar office.recently my father in law also passed away.now as per succession act my wife and other living sister and brother and her mother will get equal share.But my mother in law and brother in law stating that the property belongs to them only as per grandfather will which is not yet registered he passed away in 2007.will the court accept this will after 7 years which is not registered ?They are denying to show even that will to us.Can my wife file partition suit againest the total property to get her legitimate right of 1/24th share?please give proper suggetion

The National Commission (NCDRC) has ordered as follows. I am the Respondent.

Will I get copies of Appellant's pleadings along with Notice?
Is personal appearance necessary on 8-12-2014?
