Hi,
One of my known person has issued a cheque to me in addition to signing on the promisory note for the money he vows to me.
But the cheque issued is a non cts cheque. and banks as of now are accepting those. And that person is not attending to me on phone anytime intentionally. And also his family members are avoiding me.
Can you please help me with the basic content/wording to send an strong email to him before I approach court/legal action on this.
Will this help. Please pass me the basic few lines of working to send strong email to him.

Dear Sir,
my father sold a small piece of land to a party in 1994 and it ended smoothly. then in 1999 the same party wrote on the back of the same 100 stamp paper sale agreement saying my father has received an advance for another piece from the same plot and forged my father's sign. my father denied this and the report said it was a fake sign. in 2005 they filed a suit against us for specific performances. i would like to know if a sale agreement is valid for only 3 years then why would the court take up the case?

we need your little consultancy in Vat matter
we are Haryana registered party and we do our total sale on F form to our consignee which is situated in Delhi. In Fy-2011-12 we have done around 15 crore sale to our consignee on F from for which we received total amount F from but in same yr we received around 12 crore as a sale return so in our balance sheet only 3 crore is shown as a sale turnover.
But according to our sale tax consultant F form that he needs for assessment is only 3 crore . But total sale was done on F from is for 15 crore. our consignee issue his F from on quarterly bases
I just want to know is that right to do the assessment on balance sheet turnover. But sir according to my knowledge Total F from is needed to do the assessment with sale return
Sir Plz help as we are in deep trouble as demand letter is issued by department

6 month se wife husband k sath nhi reh rahi hai wo har halat me divorce chahti hai ladki ka father baat baat pe mukar jata hai. Dono taraf se har tarha k efforts ho chuke par ladki nhi maan rahi hai aur apne kapde aur certificates sab le jaa chuki h par uska father divorce nhi hone de raha hai mental torture kar raha hai . Ab wo notice ke dhamki de raha hai. Mujhe meri family aur brother ko save karne k liye kya efforts karne chahiye. Plzzzzzz Suggest. Should we go for FIR and then send notice.Can any one suggest a good legal advisor. We reside in noida

Dear Sirs,
I am a member of a cooperative society in Mumbai. I have a question. The current committee got elected in January 2010 for the period of 3 years as per the bye-laws of the said society. (Annex ‘6’). Their term has been ended in January 2013 however there was not election program declared. Not only that, the entire committee is still functioning as the office bearers with being elected.
They have still not adopted the new bye laws. Now they have called for AGM on 28th September 2014.
My question is if they legal rights to call for AGM. If not what action can be taken?
