An accused of a criminal case is on bail. Will there be any problem in appointment, if he applies for government jobs? What should he do to tackle with those problems?

Accused is always presumed as innocent until proved otherwise by the Court.He can apply.

But this does not happen in public sector service matters.

on the contrary the accused has to be presumed guilty till proved otherwise.
