Sir,
I have a fully matured Coconut Tree just besides the boundary wall with the neighbor. Some times during rainy season coconuts falls on the toilet roof covered by "TIN"of my neighbor and then they shouting a lot for it . Now they are claiming for damage of "TIN" and they call upon me and fores me to cut the Coconut Tree. Though I have already offered to pay for the damage of the TIN and assured him to dress the said tree frequently. But they do not accept my offer and force me to cut the tree immediately. We are being disturbed a lot every time. Please advice me... Should I Cut the tree?

My mother have a piece of land received from inheritance. All the papers of that property are with us and we are also paying tax. Recently we have constructed boundary wall on that land. Now a man filed a case against my mother saying that his land has been encroached by us. It has been learnt that some portion of that land was sold by a third person to that man who is claiming now. Please suggest what should we do?

Hi All,
I am a girl and i was in a relationship with a guy for 6 years. He gave me the promise of marriage and right now backed off saying his situation doesn't permit him to marry. This may sound like a most prevelant case, but there was no sexual relationship involved thought physical intimacy was there. Now I am 28 years old and in a pressurized situation to settle down but have limited time to move on.
Three years back when the step for marriage came up we sat down and discussed how to handle things as he is a Brahmin and I am a BC. I made it clear that once i sit waiting for him trusting him he cant change his decisions as and when he needs. So much said from the beginning his parents were creating problems and looking for means to stop the marriage. And with much effort they agreed and dates were fixed and my parents had informed our relatives when his parents asked to stop the marriage stating 'Jathagam' problems. Now even the guy states that and says that he is not ready to marry me. This came as a huge blow to my family and parents have fallen sick.
Apart from all this even when talks for going on for marriage between our parents this guy used to abuse me with words. Once it goes beyond a limit and i retaliate he used to say sorry and sat it was due to anger. As any girl who sacrifices i assumed it to be the pressurized situation that is making him to behave that way and braved through the mental torture as well to be finally ditched.
The points i would like to note here and seek legal advice is for the following:
1) I am not looking forward for a way to marry him, but to make him and his family answer for my wasted years and the mental torture that me and my family have been through for the past 6 months.
2)With the trust on his words for marriage i have waited till my 28 years and avoided many nice alliances that came my way.I need him to answer for my wasted life.
3) Even though physical relationship was absent he has done phone sex and online video chats with me, which has made it difficult for me to move on and think about another marriage as this has a huge impact on me.
4)I have become hysterical and not able to handle my emotions and anger. He needs to pay for my current state.
5) In a country where discrimination is prohibited, his parents have made a false promise to get me married to their son and discriminated based on the caste system.
6) As he had asked for time to convince his parents, i resigned the job i had at hand and went abroad for studies and right now sitting in a huge debt. As this might not directly have his fault, the emotional turmoils i am going through are his faults.
7) As his parents have discriminated me based on my caste and he has wasted my life and backed off saying he doesn't like me now, I would like to know whether it is possible in any ways to prohibit him from another marriage?
8) And also i would want the betrayal that he and his parents done to me known to their Brahmin society because of which they have rejected me and he has ditched me.
Looking forward to a positive response.

I reside in delhi and I have passed my LL.B from college in ghaziabad. I want to file a criminal suit against the illegal acts of that college. So how can I file a criminal case according to territorial jurisdiction of my address.

i have ask my wife attendance details from my wife government school.. but principal of school rejected my rti application under section 8 because my wife wrote a objection letter and she mention that this is her personal matter.
but thing is that my wife files false cases on me and my parents sec498a and when she attend the court during hearing all that day her principal mark as a present but she is on leave on that all day.. and my wife working as a government teacher in village primary school..now what to do next.......
my wife school principal misuse of section 8 of rti act. because he know very well if i got her attendance details then he will suspend......
and which section i will re apeel to higher authority.......
or any other advice please guide me............

Respected sir,
A person who bought a share of one of the co-owner in the property is threatening us and harassing so that we surrender our share in property.
Few days back he send some people to us to threat us and restraining us to file a suit in the court for partition. They attacked on me but luckily I escaped. Then I lodged a complaint in the police station but taken back the complaint later after he told us that it will not happen again. After few days he filed false SC/ST complaint against us through 3rd person and told us that he will take back complaint later. He said he did this as a safety towards complaint filed by us. Be he didn’t took back complaint and using this false complaint to acquire property by blackmailing us. He may try to put more false cases against us or try to hurt me or my family physically in future.
What steps should I take in these circumstances? I do not want to lodge a police complaint before he takes some illegal step.

I had filed a police complaint against a person who had defrauded me. Due to lack of documentary evidence police did not investigate my matter.
Same person had defrauded another individual in another cheating case for which complaint was filed against him in same police station. I had filed an RTI to police dept seeking information on the action taken against the fraudster basis other complaint.
In a reply recd against RTI police have said that they have filed (closed) the case without assigning any reason though telephonically the IO told me that complainant did not come to PS on several calls.
Can I file an appeal against RTI reply as to why no action was taken since the person involved was a habitual fraudster & cheater.
Is there any way Police be asked to investigate and file FIR basis other complaint.
