Received show cause notice for passport

Dear Sir,

I applied for passport for native address since iam working in other place not accepted to give passport and raised 1000 rupees penalty. After that asked me to provide company HR letter and room rental agreement as per that i provided that and sent for police verification. In police verification shows adverse report by asking other than agreement & HR letter. Whatever i submitted in passport office not accepting in police verification..

Please suggest me in this case. Is it possible to get passport.

Birth certificate for passport

Respected experts
My query is that I dont have a birth certificate as I was born in home 20 years ago in bhopal M.P. and my birth is also not registered in the municipal records.
can I get a birth certificate now or any other procedure you all can suggest....?

Amount of court fees on issuance of succession certificate.

sir,
i want to know the amount of court fees applicable to issue a succession certifiacte for my mother for the amount 86lacs(pF, gratuity and savings)for releasing of my father assets which he left without a will.
The lawyer i have consulted is demanding approx. 7.5 lacs(8.75%, as per indian court fees act for utter pradesh).Is it so? Also, why do anyone have to pay such a huge fees on a amount which is already tax paid.Is there any procedure to challenge this.?

Legal notice for medical negligence

Hello Sir,
I would like to know in the case of medical negligence matter,who should be the Petitioner,i.e.Patient (paralysed) himself or any near relatives like elder brother would be fine. As in the instant case the patient is paralysed from below chest and is unable to walk or sit. So in that case the legal notice should be sent to the Hospital concern and the Doctors in Patients name or his elder brother name.

Cancellation of sale deed

Dear all,my father had a shop in small town of gujarat that he purchased in 1979.Recently we came to know that the shop was transferred to my 3 cousin in year 2002.He gave us photo copy of the sale deed in which sign of my father was there.Age of my father is 80 years and he didnt know how his sign was taken.There were no sign of buyer or photos of any parties in that deed only sign of seller(my father)is there.Though in munucipal the property is still on my father's name.We want our title back.In sale deed the sale consideration price shown is very negligible and also date on sale deed (RDP is 2012).pls guide me what we should do?

Under sec.138 of N.I.Act case is filed against my clent about dishonour of the cheque. The stage of the case is for cross examination of complainant. but he remains frequently absent ; I want some recent case laws to urge the court for dismissing the case. plz give me guideline about it.

Duration to file objection for ex-parte case

Hi,

A case has been disposed as Ex-parte. Just wanted to know, the number of days within which opposite party can file objection and the grounds on which they can file the objection.

And whether duration is same across india, or it changes at state wise / district wise.
