Hello Sir,
I have a plot and have applied for PATTA but the surveyor who measured is delaying now saying if I keep requesting he will have to cancel it. Now I am worried please guide me. I have applied for Patta few months back yet he is dragging not saying he will cancel if i cant wait.

when A Court issue Ex-Parte Injunction , plaintiff Counsel failed to Comply Order 39 rule 3 a . When we bought it to the Notice of the Court with WS and Objection, Court still extend TI. When We protested with Memo for Extension of TI ,Judge notes in order sheet as Follows :" 3rd Defendant file Objection for Extending TI for not complying Order 39 Rule 3 a and 3rd defendant has no-objection to extend The TI" and TI was extended till further orders.
what is the remedy

Our Building is now about 43 years old. The builder has still not convened the property to us. Society is formed since several years. It is on a sub lease land. What is the process to get it convened.
Also has the society to pay for conveyance amount expenses or has the builder to incur all the expenses. Please advise. Many thanks

Good morning honorable Experts !!!
After filing 498A on me , my wife now filed DV ( Domestic Violence ) case and section 125 Case on me .
In DV case she has narrated the DV incident and at the end she says- " Considering the facts mentioned above in the DV incident , as DIR we now seek
remedies like maintenance , lumpsum amount for doing domestic violence BLAH BLAH ...."
My Questions to Experts are:
1>Can She directly File the DV case in the court like we file Divorce case - or Does DV case first have to be investigated by some authority like Police which Should submit DIR first and then the applicant can file DV case in court ?
2> I reside in CITY1.
Marriage also happened in CITY 1.
My Wives Parents RESIDE in CITY 2
My Wife is working in CITY 3 and resides in either City 3 or sometimes in City 1
In DV case whch my wife had filed- she has LIED that Marriage happened in CITY 2 ( Marriage actuallly took place in CITY 1) and had filed the DV case
in her Parent's City i.e CITY 2 .
Questions :
A > Can we get the DV case transferred to CITY 1. If yes , do we have any judgement on the jurisdiction in DV cases ??
B> Since my Wife has LIED about location of Marriage , what else can do against her ?
C> Can we make section 156(3) applicable anywhere in this ? if yes HOW ?
3> My wife is working and earns about Rs 15000/- PM. In the DV case she LIED that she earns about 10,000 PM and hence she needs more money as Maintenance for her daily needs. Since she LIED in DV case she filed . HOW can we go about it ? What can we do against her so that her demand for
maintenance gets rejected ?
4> My wife demands Monthly maintenance and Rent for the Room. Since She has Filed the CASE in City 2 , she lives in CITY 3 on RENT , does judge have jurisdiction to PASS an order to give her RENT , where in we have COURT in CITY 3 also??
5> In DV case Wife says " marriage was not Consummated " , whereas in Section 125 Case she says "Marriage was Consummated ". Can we give reference of one case INTO another case to show judge that she is LYING and contradicts her own Statements ?
Request all the experts to give answers Point wise only which would really help.

Dear Sir,
I live in a Co op society building in Panvel,Raigad,Maharashtra. The secretary of the society takes decision on his own inspite on opposition of flat owners. He does not discusses quotations nor takes monthly meetings and imposes fines and development charges on all. Many pay out of fear which has boosted his confidence. He has even constructed a permanent shed on Building Terrace without Municipal permission and has locked the access to terrace.
1. Can he build a permanent shed without municipal permission, if yes can he lock access to other members?
2. Can he start repair work for lift without discussing quotations with flat owners.
3. Can he deny signing and giving back receive copies.
4. He has kept position of Treasurer and Secretary to himself and does not Co-operate, what can be done?

Thanks in Advance for your time.
My exact name is “Imtiyaz Ahmed Shaikh” and my fathers name is “Asimohammed Shaikh”. As per Maharashtra State Board Policy my name appears as “Shaikh ImtiyazAhmed Asimohammed” on my SSC and HSC certificate. This format of name has costed me many problems in my academics.
Because of above my name appears as “Shaikh Imtiyaz Asimo” on my degree certificate from IIT BHU.
I have my personal documents such as pan card, driving liscense, Aadhar Card etc. possesing my exact name as “Imtiyaz Ahmed Shaikh”.
I want to replace my name on my SSC and HSC certificate from “Shaikh ImtiyazAhmed Asimohammed” to “Imtiyaz Ahmed Shaikh” at earliest possible else I will face deep trouble while appearing my MBA entrance exams as it demands the SSC certificate for name verification.
Please guide through the procedure as i am completely unaware of legal intricacies.

Sir,
I was alloted one pan card earlier and was using that Pan number for my ITR . however my father got his name changed in year 2012 and I have applied for new card with new fathers name and new Pan number is issued to me. Now from 2012 onwards I am using this pan number I have recently surrenderd my earlier pan number to Pan card center by filling Correction form and it has one column for surrender and mentioned pan number which i want to surrender however in online status my earlier pan number is still active and I have received the pan card with pan number which i need to be kept.I have enquired from NSDL center and they told me that your pan card has been surrendered from their side and their could be any problem thats why my pan number surrender is not accepted. Please tell now what to do. what are the legal consequences for the same.I have just applied for the loan and my loan got rejected as my name is having multiple pan card entries.please suggest

marriage not consummated

I am rahul pandey, from jharkhand.
I did court marriage on 15.05.2012 in Bhubaneswar court under special marriage act without information of our parents. My wife is from orisha.
Till date my wife stay with her parents in Bhubaneswar due to her studies and I am in my home town.
She complicated her study in 2013 n after that Preparing for banking job in Bhubaneswar.
She told me after my study is completed I talk with my parents about our relationship and then come.
Few months before She tell all the matter to her elder sister but they didn't willing to corporate. And due to pressure from her sister side
she filed a case ground of section 25 special marriage act.
1) willful refusal from side of respondent.(me) above two years going to be completed.
2) marriage not been consummated two years going to be complete.
3) marriage is voidable marriage as marriage never been consummate beteeen parties.
4) I received a summon for settlement issue
5) annulled the marriage by a degree of nullity.
Her one of sister also did court marriage and her parents did not accept her till now.
My wife told me if I did marriage according to my parents then my sister came back to home that's why I am taking divorce.
Fact is that
1) after marriage in every 3 or 4 month I go to Bhubaneswar to meet with her and our marriage is consummated.
2) she stay in her home town till date due to her study
3) I did not refuse any time.
4) I am ready to stay with her.
On the above how can i defend my case.
Please help me out I did not want to divorce want to save my marriage .
What can I do.
