Dear sir,
i got married 40 days before. My wife was not well right from the marriage saying she is not feeling well and regularly complains that she had headace and eats very less .Day before yesterday when i got checked her from gynecologist I was shocked to found that she was pregnant 3.5 month before where as my marriage was only done 40 days before. i have ultrasound report with me. Her parents taken her away from my house and i got information today that they have aborted the child which was 3.5 month old.plz advice how can i nullify this marriage and be safe against any wrong criminal action which they can take. Also i have recording of her admitting that she has made relation with her colleague after my engagement with her plz advice.Can she claim anything from me? What is consequence of abortion which is done, whether it will effect my case for annulment of marriage?
specifically guidance is required on criminal actions which can be taken against me and how to safe myself.
Whether I should file any complaint with police? plz opine as soon as possible

make an application for annulment of marriage on account of fraud before family court . since wife had concealed facts about her pregnancy before marriage you have good case on merits

You can file case of annulment of marriage. The chances of their filing criminal cases can not be ruled out, if filed such cases has to be defended on merits.

whether marriage can be annuled under section 12 if opposite party admits the fact of pregnancy at the time of marriage (i.e annulment can be obtained by mutual consent)or it has to be contested case only.
