Dir sir,

Finally I get divorce on both ground cruelty and desertion in my case.my wife case of 125 Crpc application also reject by family court only court order to maintenance for my child. Now my wife challange the order of family court in high court for maintenance. My question is that after getting divorce on both cruelty and desertion and also 125 crpc rejected can high court change the finding of family court both .sir please advice me and if possible please give me any cition or case reference witch suit me for this situation .can this case is still maintable please give me advice as soon as possible.

You may easily prove your wife's cruelty in DV act. But it is not helpful in 125 case

DV case was filed before divorce decree was passed . hence it is maintainable . we dont provide citations

My question is that after getting divorce on both cruelty and desertion and also 125 crpc rejected can high court change the conclusions are based on evidence and they are not perverse of family court both .sir please advice me and if possible please give me any cition or case reference witch suit me for this situation .can this case is still maintable please give me advice as soon as possible.

Dir sir,

After divorce on both ground cruelty and desertion and dismiss 125 crpc on same ground my wife go to high court in appeal against 125 crpc order my question is after divorce can she entitled for maintenance in 125 crpc please give me any citation or any case reference suit in my case by supreme court are full bench as soon as possoble.
