Sir,
We are 4 brothers and sisters. My father died recently. Mother is alive.
How can his commercial shop be transferred in my wife’s name? Other heirs have no problem in this. Will it be a sale or inheritance or something else? Will it be first transferred in the names of heirs and then sold to my wife? What's the cost of transfer? What's the cost of sale?
Will the procedure be same or easier if its transferred to me? Other heirs have no problem in this too. Will it be a sale or inheritance or something else? Same questions as above.

After 33 years of long waiting, My father has been alloted 32 sq, m plot in rohini under DDA 1981 plot scheme in 2014. He died before that. To get the plot on my mother's name , i have submitted the mutation papers to DDA. Now DDA officials are saying that they will cancel our allotment because my mother already has property in Delhi.
My mother has residential house of 80 sq.m on 'lal dora' land which comes under unauthorised land bank of Delhi. This land has been bought by my father in the year 1990 from open market (and not from DDA), post 9 years of DDA application.
Then, How can we become non-eligible for DDA land?
PLEASE INFORM ME ABOUT THE LAW UNDER SUCH CASES?

I received family court notice under rule 4 of familycourt act1984 which was filed by my husband.Notice state that "where as applications has been made to this court under rule4 of rules framed under the family courts act 1984. Praying that the hon'ble court may be pleased to pass a decree.you are required to appear in person and answer the same and bring with you such witnesses as may be necessary to enable the court to enquire into this matter".we are living seperately dueto harrassement.many times i give complaints against him such xerox copies are with me.these are useful to prove his harrasement .lawyer is necessary for this case? I live with my 2children (8,5years)may i get maintenance from him and how

Respected Sir,
• I leave my husband’s home on 06/07/2010 due to mental torture.
• Thereafter I living in my parents’ house.
• My husband is a government servant.
• I claim maintenance u/s 125 CRPC.
• Court grants maintenance for me.
• My husband files RCR.
• In reply I disagree to live in the family of my husband but agree to live with him in somewhere else.
• My husband withdraws RCR.
• My husband forces me for mutual divorce as he is in a relationship with a girl named Priyanka.
• I disagree as he might marry that Priyanka.
• In spite of that he living together with Priyanka in his own house.
• Priyanka is now pregnant by my husband. My husband never married Priyanka legally.
Can I file any case to remove my husband’s illegal wife?
Can I file any case to remove my husband from job?
Kindly help me to send my husband in Jail for lifetime.

A SALE AGREEMENT WAS DONE FOR RS. 21LAC WITH A ADVANCE RS. 10 LAC IN YEAR 2009.
ON DUE DATE SALLER REQUESTED TO GIVE SOME MORE TIME TO GET SALE DEED REGISTERED BUT NO WRITTEN DOCUMENT WAS EXECUTED FOR THIS PURPOSE.
NOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT SALLER HAS SOLD SOME THIRD PARTY AND EXECUTED "IRREVOCABLE GPA WITH CONSIDERATION" IN IT'S FAVOR FOR RS. 650000. IN YEAR 2010.
SALEER IS SAYING TAKE YOUR MONEY BACK BUT I WANT TO GET THE HOUSE BY MAKING BALANCE PAYMENT.
WHAT REMEDY I HAVE APART FORM FILING CIVIL SUIT .
HOW CAN I COMPLAINT THE SUB REGISTRAR AND HIGHER REVENUE AUTHORITIES ?
PLEASE SUGGEST .

I have searched all the laws pertaining to maintenance of Hindus, be it maintenance under Hindu marriage Act or Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act or Sec 125 CRPC. I could not find the aspect of maintenance of step children. Though Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act does talk of maintenance of old parent where in, father & mother can ask maintenance fom step son. So can i request the forum of experts to throw some light on following Querry.
Querry- Husband A gets divorce from his wife B from whom a daughter C was born. Post divorce custody of C given to B. If B remarries, the responsibility of A to maintain her as given in decree finishes on remarriage of B. However , what about responsibility of maintenance of daughter C by A ? if daughter C resides with her mother B and step father D. finally who is responsible for maintenance of daughter C? Does the responsibility of maintenance of daughter C rests with A (biological father) or step father D? & till what time. Request clarify with appropriate authority of law.

query related to rented shop
Dear Sir,
I am running one rented shop (general store) since 1959 approx. at that time rent was very nominal amt. In year 2010 our landlord hike the rent amount. we are agreed & paying that. He also issue us in the year 2010 a affidavit mentioning that (1) My father is running that rented shop jointly/along with my uncle,my younger brother & mine since 1959. (2) rent amt. without any clause of increment of rent in future. (3) No objection in case of we applied for MCD licence, Electricity connection etc.
The rent receipt was issued till now in my father's name.
We have also paid our land lord two lakh rupees through cheque in f/o him, his wife & his father's name. without mentioning any type of security/pagri in this affidavit.
Now, the situation is as follows:
1. our landlord expired few years ago. & we paying rent to his wife with @10% increment after 3 years.
2. My uncle was expired few years ago & my father was also expired two month ago.
3. Now, I want the rent receipt in my brothers name.
please advise us what type of problems/complication can be arise/ask by our landlord's wife along with solutions for that.
