should i file a case for maintenance under 125 crpc or under hindu adoptions and maintenance act. which one is prefereable? which one takes less time. is there any limit on amount of maintenance under 125 crpc? my husband says that if he will pay money for the son then its better he will keep son with him. when he is not involved with son also and is not willing to do anything for son. can he get the custody of the son if i claim for maintenance for my son?

he is living separate and doesn't do anything for me and my son and doesn't want to give anything. he says that u won't get married again.

can i also claim and get the expenses of the case?

file petition u/s 125 crpc as it is decided faster.u can get expenses of case also.

File case for maintenance under PWDV Act.

It is much faster than one u/s 125 crpc.
