When I came to know that,i rushed to bank & asked them why they didn't informed me before. they simply denied & told me that it is not the duty of bank to inform, as it is the duty of customer to inform bank about excess or less transaction. Now case has been lodged.kindly inform whether the bank are right!!! I am in need of a circular/ Notification issued by RBI where i can show that it is the duty of bank to inform. Kindly help me in this matter

Release deed (viduthalai pathiram) not registered

My dad bought a company in 1988, he has also taken over loan from the sellers of Tamilnadu investment corporation. The two sellers had made a release deed (viduthalai patram) and sold the property to my dad's name. My mom and dad were partners and now after my dad died I took over my dads position. Patta is in my dad's name.

My dad cleared the TIC loan and he got the patta in his name and he has also got the recipt from TIC for the loan clearance and property has been to my dad and company name.

But the release deed (viduthalai patram) is not registered in the register office.

Now will this create any problem if we wanted to sell this company property.

Obc certificate

Dear Sir/Madam,

my name is sunil kumar and i belong to OBC category.recently i cleared a central government exam and attended for the interview.during document verification they said my obc certificate is (((Form of certificate to be produced by other backward classes applying to appointment of posts under the government of india)))but not the actual caste certificate (they also said that the form of caste certificate is valid only for six months while caste certificate is valid for life time) .and asked me to undertake to bring the caste certificate if selected for next stage.i have attached the format of OBC i have submitted.now my doubt is
1)by asking to bring the caste certificate do they mean by the state caste certificate which i know is issued by state government and is permenant
2)or is there any other form of OBC caste certificate the central government issues with the heading of (caste certificate or community certificate or OBC certificate) instead of the standard (((Form of certificate to be produced by other backward classes applying to appointment of posts under the government of india)))
