Easement right is - right in rem or right in personam. Explain with eg.
Is it necessary that monetary compensation claimed for a given complaint filed in Consumer Court has to be less than or equal to what was asked for in the legal notice served prior to approaching Consumer Court? OR claim can be higher based on reasoning that filing the case involved additional effort, which could have been avoided, had legal notice been addressed satisfactorily before-hand.

my wife filed dowry, dv and other cases against me and my family. women cell made a compromise between us in 5 lakhs ( 3 advance 2 after final statement) by writing all the points like she cannot do cases against me, she is liable to withdraw before 2nd motion etc etc. now its the time of final statement of mcd. i want that the points like, the cases of dowry, dv and any other were filed due to misunderstanding and all have been withdrawn and she will never initiate the cases again etc etc on her final statement and affidavit. what type of affidavit is valid and good for this purpose. i am thinking of 25 rs stamps on green paper + her statements + magistrate sign. is this ok? or any other?
I have query related to Consumer Courts.
While filing case, if a few landmark judgements are quoted therein, in support of the complaint; is it necessary to attach complete judgements or summary of judgements along with said complaint OR judge(s) and opposite parties are supposed to unearth them from net or AIR kind of volumes, for their own reference?

my wife filed dowry, dv and other cases against me and my family. women cell made a compromise between us in 5 lakhs by writing all the points like she cannot do cases against me etc etc. now its the time of final statement of mcd. i want that the some points should be recorded on finla statement by my wife, like, the cases of dowry, dv and any other were filed due to misunderstanding and all have been withdrawn and she will never initiate the cases again etc etc on her final statement. but i have doubt that judge can change her final statement as i want that she should write these type of statements and not judge and not wife. what can i do to protect myself? and how can those statements can be recorded in final statement so that those should not be changed after that if my wife insists to judge. Actually wife donot want to give such statements. she simply wants divorce. judge is also strongly in her favor. judge is forcing me to take divorce and he wants that no such statement should be written. but this is not in my favor. so i will not give the divorce till she write all those statements. thats why i asked this

Registration of property
I took possession of my flat from the builder two years ago. At that time he said the property will be registered within 3 months. It's now over 2 years and he now says it will be done now. It is jointly owned by my husband and me. Please advise what I should look out on registration day? Can I collect the Sales Deed same day? Builder is required to compensate me under Purchasers Agreement for taking so long to build. Does the compensation amount terminates on day of possession or day of registration and when can I expect this as he is avoiding paying compensation.
Moreover he has asked me to pay him more money even though I have paid his Final Settlement Bill on day I took possession. If I don't pay more, there will be no registration. Please advise. Should I lodge a civil case against him and in which court?
