नमस्ते,
मैने एक सिविल सूट फॉर डिक्लेरेशन पोसिशन एंड इंजंक्शन फाइल किया हुआ है |
एप्लिकेंट पार्टी(U/s 1 R 10) द्वारा नकली WILL कोर्ट में लगाये गए है |
मैने एप्लिकेंट पार्टी द्वारा लगाये गए WILL की सर्टिफाइड कॉपी को कोर्ट से निकाल के ओरिजिनल प्रॉपर्टी होल्डर(स्वरगवसि) के सैलरी बैंक अकाउंट में यूज़ सिग्नेचर की कॉपी , जो बैंक द्वारा एक क्रिमिनल कंप्लेंट केस में ( U/s 156(3) ) दिए गए थे की सर्टिफाइड कॉपी को मैने सिग्नेचर एक्सपर्ट से ओपिनियन करवाया तो पाया की एप्लिकेंट पार्टी द्वारा लगाये गए WILL के सिग्नेचर सैलरी बैंक अकाउंट के सिग्नेचर से नहीं मिलते है |
इस के बाद मैने एक पुलिस कंप्लेंट किया और बाद में कोर्ट में एप्लिकेंट पार्टी (U/s 1 R 10) के खिलाफ U/s 156(3) का केस डाल दिया है |
मेरे एक अन्य कंप्लेंट केस में इस प्रॉपर्टी पर पहले भी प्राइवेट एक्सपर्ट ओपिनयन के आधार पर मजिस्टेड साब ने दूसरी पार्टी पर IPC U/s 420, 467,468,471 & 120B
चार्ज लगाये है और सम्मन किया था |
सर, आप से ये जानना चाहता हुँ कि U/s 45 Indian Evidence Act. प्राइवेट एक्सपर्ट ओपिनयन सिविल कोर्ट द्वारा माना जाता है या नहीं, क्युकि मैने प्राइवेट एक्सपर्ट ओपिनयन कराया है |

Recently my uncle was expired without any will. before died he was purchased one flat and registered on his name only. Presently the family members are wife, one son and two daughters. two daughters are married. My question is married daughters are eligible to share the flat...?

I joined in an autonomous institution under Central Govt. on 10.10. 2012 as Private Secretary on technical resignation from Central Govt. para military force, CISF, after putting 20 years of service. I was in the pay scale of 9300-34800 + 4600 GP. In the new institution, the pay scale of the post advertised is the same pay scale of 9300-34800 + 4600 GP. It is worth to mention here that in the advertisement for the post of Private Secretary, there was a clause that “Candidates working in Government organizations in analogous/comparable positions or job functions of the advertised posts may be considered for pay protection etc. as per norms”. On joining, I have requested for pay protection and my pay was protected wef.10.10.2012 in the same stage what I was drawing in the Central Govt., while relieving me on technical resignation, as per rule FR 22(I)(a)(2).
However, subsequent to my joining in new Institution, my parent organization granted 2nd Financial up gradation under MACP fixation and my pay has been fixed in the scale 9300-34800 + 4800 GP wef.03.09.2012. Accordingly, I requested in the new office to protect my pay wef.10.10.2012. Though more than 5 months lapsed, the office is getting confused to grant me protection of pay as I have been sanctioned pro-rata pension as per CCS pension rules 1972 in the parent office. This Institution is utterly under new pension scheme and my service is not counted for the present service.
In view of the above, please clarify, whether I am eligible for pay protection in the new institute with Grade Pay, 4800. I will be very thankful if you could give a clear picture about my pay protection, and pension with DA etc.

My wife filed a false 498A case after 2 yrs of marriage and also she leave from 1 year at their matrimonial home then she filled a false 498 a case , then we took the bail and the case was on witness position now all the statements were complete from the side of girl along with cross examination of us.
Now what is the next steps and what should we do to proof my innocence as I have a plenty of proof against her like phone recording of her and her family members, doctor's prescription slip ecg report etc etc. please advice

I have buy a Room in chawl in kalyan.where on 7/12 two names are mentioned one is kul's name & other is Bhogvatadar,s name.Our developer's devlopment agreement is with kul's name.is there any problem in future as Bhogvatadar is different from kul's name.

We partners have a mutually agreed to revise the remuneration of the partners.
The question is
1. Value of Stamp paper on which the supplementary deed of the Partnership deed will be executed.?
2. Whether the supplementary deed needs to be Norarised or is it optional to do so.?
Note : The main deed contains a provision that partners remuneration can be revised with the mutual consent of parties from time to time
Note: Previously only 2 parterns were entitled to remuneration but now all three partners will be entitled to remuneration.

i was terminated by management of unaided private school in 2013 and i took stay from court and still on duty.my post is computer clerk. as per stay they can't change my duty. but principal gave me a notice of change my duty place from office to play ground in written. in ground they put a chair in a tube well room and ask me to sit whole day there.they said it is my clerk office. the room is 800 MTR. away from school building in play ground and even there is no facility of drinking water. they do not allow me to enter in school for drinking water . they are harassment me physically and mentally.
what can I do as per law of court or human right commission or CBSE law or education law
