My question is if a person makes a will, can he/she appoint beneficiary as executor of his/her will? Or is it mandatory to appoint some other person apart from beneficiary to be the executor of his/her Will?

Dear Members
My grand father Mr ABC did not get share in his father property. But he acquired some property from brother of his grandfather who was unmarried and so gave his property (Land and residential plot) to my grandfather in 1970. Till now my grand father has not claimed his right in his father's (i.e. my grand grand father) property and also not in future.
Que .1: The said land n plot so received by my grandfather will be treated as self earned or ancestral property??
Que.2: Can I or my father claim share or partition in this property as ancestral or we have no right??

Respected Experts,
A pvt ltd company was incorporated in the year 2013 under companies act 1956.
Due to some issues among the promoters, the business never commenced. The company was inactive since incorporation, even the bank account was not opened.
Now what will the compliance, if the promoters:
1. Commence the business
2. Make it a Dormant company
3. Windup the business

Can the property of an LLP be distributed among the partners?
Say, 2 people are joint owners of a land and they want to transfer it to an LLP so as to not give away their rights in the land.
How can the land be distributed among them on dissolution of the LLP.

Hi Ld. Experts,
I have been accused in Divorce Peition by wife that "I am a drug addicted person, my behavior and attitude is not normal." Although my divorce petition is withdrawn voluntarily ex-parte by wife without any intimation to us, now that I got a certified copy of the petition, I need to get myself certified personally with medical Govt approved tests and file a defamation suit against my wife.
Kindly guide me how can I do this. Please guide me the correct path.

Last week, I purchased one treadmill for Rs 25,000/- from authorized dealer shop, and after paying the advance amount they told me that the bill & warranty card will be given at the time of home delivery. The next day, they delivered the item at home with sealed warranty card and collected the balance amount, then told me that the warranty card is enough to get service and asked me to contact their office for bill if needed. Now, the shop is asking to pay the tax amount extra for bill. So, where should I complain about this cheating?
Now, I have the following documents in hand.
1) Quotation mentioning item name,total price and advance paid in office letterpad with seal & signature.
2) Warranty card with office seal.

Land ownership title deed - 1-b register revenue records
Sir,
I am belongs to Telangana State where A.P.RIGHTS IN LAND AND PATTADAR PASS BOOK ACT, 1971 and Rules 1989 are prevailed.
The land particulars are entered in the title deed and pattadar pass book as well as concerned pahanies, but did not enter in the 1-B record. Can the title is said to be genuine? please clarify....
