Sir , i am living in chennai.nearby my house two churches are there. One church makes announcemenr every hour using loud speaker starting morning 6 AM and ending at 10 pm. Anouther church using loud spea speaker they make noice very often.Unable to tolerate
Not able to study,sleep and not able to attend office meeting. It is very horrible.what is the solution for this problem.please advice.

can a registered firm sue private co for outstanding dues which is good in amount by giving winding or liquidation notice? my fathre has tried by many follow up an dmeeting with person . but no resposible person is coming to talk . my father is fed up . so we got a advice from Friend that inquire whether you can give winding up notice to your party to whom sell the goods ?
is my friend advice can help me ?

Recently, a trial court and an appellate court,in revision,has dismissed a discharge application,filed in a summon triable case in section 500 of IPC case of 2006.
The said process is not maintainable and it is without jurisdiction also.
Both the said courts have refused to see the merit of the discharge application,filed by accused and have concluded that since plea has been recorded,discharge can not take place.
Whether it is possible now to challenge the said process itself before High Court,which was issued in 2006?
Any limitation or other technical issues,which may crop up because except for plea recording,nothing has progressed in the trial court so far.

partnership firm can suie the seller on not delevering clear tiltle by seller .coveyence deed is registered with payinf duty. stamp duty paid by firm .

Sir,
One of my client taken Service tax registration(haryana) number in march 2011 and after that he never filled return ST-3, nor any bill issued to anyone till march 2015. In October 2014 he again applied for new Service Tax Registration(himachal pradesh) and continue with new one(filling return).
Now, he wish to surrender registration number of Haryana but he don't have user id and password nor ST-2 have stamp and seal of offical.
Please suggest how can surrender?

I am working in a pharmaceutical company. i have been submitted my resignation in this company on 24th feb. 2015, now i am on 30 days notice period, i am relieving on 23rd march 2015. but this company hold my salary of February month without any reason. please suggest me what i should do to get my last month salary. and please tell me after relieving within how many days i should get my FNF settlement.
