I am married for 4 years with no children. I do not think my wife would allow me a consented divorce. Since the relationship has been spoiled completely, I am being forced to no other option but to consider filing a contested divorce that too on the ground of cruelty such as quarreling, dominating insulting, threatening etc. But I am afraid that the moment I file for divorce, she will file DV plus 498a at her native as a response. I learnt earlier from your site that this complicates matter as three cases would run concurrently. My questions are
a) Does my filing for divorce automatically justify and substantiate her DV+498a cases.
b) What are the common complications.

Regarding Divorce Case filed by me , ( 498a , Maintenance , DV Case & Divorce Case Transfer by my wife ) I already filed Divorce in Court in April'14 and my wife filed false FIR u/s 376,377,313,406,420,323,341,498a,120B/3/4 against me in Mahila Police Station in July'14 . Final chargesheet / challan contains 498a / 406 . I filed FIR u/s 315/316/322/420/12B against her/her mother/sister/bhabhi in Sep'14. Tell me what to do.
Also initially my lawyer filed 482 in Dec
'14 but it was disposed since he joined his hands with my wife lawyer.
Now i changed lawyer and he siad that 482 can be applied once , now plz suggest me what to do to quash 498 against me.

THE UNDERSIGNED WHO IS A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE HAS MADE REPRESENTION AGAINST ADVERSE APAR WITHIN THE SPECIFIED 15 DAYS. NO DECISION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON MY REPRESENTATION EVEN AFTER SIX MONTHS. KINDLY LET ME KNOW , HOW LONG THE ADVERSE REMARKS OF THE APAR WOULD REMAIN INOPERATIVE DUE TO THE REPRESENTATION?
CAN THE DEPARTMENT SUBMIT SUCH INOPERATIVE APAR TO THE DPC TO BE HELD AFTER 2-3 YEARS?
IN SUCH A SITUATION WOULD THE CASE BE ADMISSIBLE IN CAT OR ANY OTHER COURT , AT THAT STAGE, i.e AFTER THE DPC OUTCOME BECOMES KNOWN ?

i want to file summery suit under order 37 but thing is planitif is a private limited company and his register office situated in ahmedabad but whole transaction took placed in pune and companys branch office also in pune, so is it possible to file summary suit in ahmedbad city civil court.
pls need u r valuable guidence.

what is the difference between land tax & property tax .
who bears this expenses ?
is land tax is bear by land owners and propety tax is bear by owner of flat ?
recently we have revived these two taxes .
our premises do not have co-op society .

One of the employee in my organization has been fired on the grounds of insubordination without any warning or chance to improve. What are the legal recourse this employee has. The HR policy say that there can be immediate removal from service due to insubordination.

Factory registration and shop establishment
i have put small printing machine named under private company unit in Mumbai and get registered under factory license . 21 workers are there.
do i have to also register under shop establishment act ?
