Respected Lawyers of this forum,
My nativity is pondicherry and working in pondicherry education department as teacher. I got married in feb 2014 . My wife native is tamilnadu. Now what my query is whether my wife is eligible to get domicile certificate of pondicherry state for applying to teacher post in pondicherry.
OR she can apply only after completing 5yrs criteria to get the domile certificate from pondicherry state
forgive me for my ignorance . who were the concerned authorities and if possible can somebody post any govt order regarding this situation

hi i m the employee of reliance life insurance i got terminated in the month end of April2015 . agents working under me have done an insurance in DEC 2013 for which death claim received at reliance for that my company served me a warning letter to me in jan 2015 for not giving right information in form. after that no case of such kind got actioned by me. but in aug 2014 my insurance adviser has come with a new policy request but my branch manager sent a saftey mail to investigation team of company to check the authenticity of information provided in form. but company has not taken any step on our mail sent by branch manager to just get the insurance amount from customer. so i was not at any fault as i already raise doubt on authenticity of insurance. no in april 2015 they directly terminated me on the issue of aug 2014 that u have again provided false information although i and my branch manager did the mail in aug 2014 only. now where i m at fault, they served me termination letter now i cannot even join other company they did not gave me incentive also which i earned in the month of mar 2014. i used to be the topper employee of company even i got awards many time.

Petitioner being the wife filed a petition for desolution of marriage .
The respondent remains ex-parte.
The decree was passed.
At this stage can the petitioner withdraw the petition for divorce ?

Dear sir,
I am living with my family in delhi. few months back We made a police complaint against some of anti-social elements of the areas. FIR was registered and police took strict action against them. They all ran away.
but after few days of time, some of them came back and started to harass and threatening my family that we should take back all of the police cases otherwise we have to face something serious.
Even they are threatening us to trap my name in false criminal cases.
We immediately informed police in writing regarding this threat.
one lady (their relative) started to call me 2-3 times and ask me to meet her. I refused.
But suddenly , at the midnight around 2 pm, i got a call from police station.
they told me to come police station as one lady has filled sexual Assault case against me and she wants to meet me.
i did not take it seriously and refused to meet any lady.
but after 2 days, i got call from police station that one FIR has been registered against me under IPC 354.
I was shocked.but later on i came to know that this was the lady who is calling me to meet her.
I met IO.
He showed me some photos of the incident (which was false) and my visiting card.
He blamed me that i Assaulted to this woman with intent to outrage her modesty at the midnight. even false statement of two witness (Her neighbors) was also recorded against me.
I was trapped.
I appealed in the court for anticipatory bail which was granted on the basis of phone call recording of that lady when she was pressuring me to come her home & my previous letters to Police regarding trapping my name in false cases.
after few days, her false witness back out from their statement that their name was given forcefully and they are not ready to come in the court.
nothing was found against me in police investigation and we have sufficient grounds/proofs that this was a false case and i was victimized.
but police filled charge-sheet because statement under sec-164 was recorded by this lady.
I was summoned to appear in the court now.
but suddenly, yesterday i got a call from this lady that she is willing to compromise and wants her case to back.
Now, I am confused what to do.
should i close the chapter and compromise with lady OR go forward to face the trial so that i can file defamation case later on.

I resign from my previous employment and my FNF is pending. When I enquired for my FNF they informed me to clear my outstanding loan first which I cleared by transferring balance amount due. One of HR personnel is knowingly harrassing me. On first occassion he provide me calculation with last working date as 01-01-2015 but in acutal it was 15-01-2015. I informed him that its not correct. Then on seccond occassion he provide me calculation with last working date as 12-01-2015. Reason he provide that I was not login in system after 12-01-2015, which i n actual I log in on those days. He asking me to provide proof of my login upto 15-01-2015. I had mail which i sent from my official mail id on 15-01-2015 which can act as proof.
What remedy is available for such harrassment by HR personnel? Whom can I approach for justice?

Sir. I m a second aquist in a case where ipc 308;426;427 are charged by police. Now its 3 yrs. We hav not get any summons yet. Do we have any option to make the trials fast. Because i m expecting a govt job next year as ksrtc driver. Will a pending case block my chance of getting a govt job. I m totally
depressed. Pls help with your advice.
