Dear Sir/Madam,
I was working with my previous company on outsource Employee basis. I have worked with same company for 5 Years 6 Month. But the Company has changed my outsource agency 3 times in my 5 Years 6 Month Tenure. Now i have left the company and i am asking for my gratuity because i was working with the same company for more than 5 years. But they are denying to pay.
They are saying that i was not with the same agency for more than 5 years but i have not changed the agency. It was changed by the company only.
Please help me to know that am i eligible for gratuity ? If yes than what will be the procedure, How should i fight for it ?

Sirs/Madams,
We had been billing the Canon All In One Printers in Jammu @ 5% VAT. Offlate we have an updation that a new notification of charging VAT @13.5% has been levied upon all Multifunctional devices on and from 01.04.2015. We are the Regional Distributors for Canon Printers in Jammu and we do a CST Purchase from Canon with the Description mentioned as CANON AIP PRINTERS. However, we are confused as to what should be our current stand for the billing of CANON AIO Printers. Should we bill it at 5% or 13.5%. Our Local consultant is advising us to bill @5% as it is mentioned in our Canon Purchase Bill as Printer which falls under 5% Category. But when we check the specification of the said printer from the Canon Site it says Printer, Scanner and Copier. As per the New SRO Notification the Scanners and Copiers should be billed @ 13.5%. What should be our stand??????? Please advise.... Also suggest some good consultant who can be appointed by us for taking care of our Jammu Branch Statuotory requirements.....

Hi,
I am looking to buy a residential flat in Hyderabad. But i got information that the land has links to Urban land Ceiling Act. The land is owned by a factory over 30 years in a Industrial development area. But many bankers had funded to residents in this venture. Can i buy it safely since banks are funding this project or what would be the competent document to be taken for my doubt is to be cleared. What would be the future implication if i purchase a flat in that venture.
Pls advice

Dear Experts,
May I request you please throw clarity on filing of the cases U/s 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act?
As per latest verdict of the Hon'ble supreme court a complaint has to be filed in the jurisdiction where the accused's /cheque drawer's bank branch is situated and because of this verdict lot many matters transferred from one city/ state to another city/ state.
Please advice on the present status. Regards
Application for decreeing the suit
Can a "DEFENDANT" file an application for decreeing the suit? or Is it required to be filed only by a plaintiff? What is the legal provision in regard to that.
