My grandfather died without telling that who will hold the right of khasra girdawari of his agricultural land. He has 3 sons. One son cheated others by paying bribe to patwari and entered his name. So how others can take their right. Land is joint without partition. Tell the solution.

Please share your views if as per provisions of Hindu Marriage Act, any independent case can be filed u/s section 26 of Hindu Marriage Act when there is no other proceeding under this Act is pending before that Court.
Please help with sharing any citation of High court/ supreme Court in this regard.

Dear Learned Members, please guide me on the following issue: We are planning to float a new Software Development Pvt. Ltd. Company with 2 Directors (they will be the Shareholders as well) with a Share Capital of Rs.1.00 lac. One of the Director/Shareholder is a NRI. Please let us what is the amount he can invest as Share Capital, whether there is any ceiling to it and whether he can get this amount through Automatic Route. Thanks in advance for the support.

Hello All,
I had booked a shop one year back. At that time the builder informed me the possession of the shop will be within 6 months. I paid around 16 lacs as the booking amount. There was no agreement done. There was a simple booking form .
Now even after an year the builder has not started the work and he now informed that the plan is gone for revision.
I asked him to cancel the booking and provide me a refund. He is not providing me a date for the refund. He states we can provide you the refund only when the property is rebooked. He had mentioned this in the booking form.
What are my options in this case.

could you please mention the list of address proofs mandatorily required for getting Photo pass which is issued by BMC to an area declared as slum.
I have following documents for the same address:
1. Voting card (issued in 1996)
2. Adhar Card
3. driving license (issued in 1996)
4. My Birth certificate (issued in 1985)
5. Electric Bill issued by BEST in 2005
6. Ration Card (issued in 2005)

if one is joint owner in the immovable property, can he/bequeth the property in will to anyone else other than the joint owner?
if he/she obtains NOC from joint owner?

I have relative who has filed a case for recovery of amount to defendant since 2013 but on Friday defendant file complaint on my relative that he has stolen money and gold from them and police got registered the compliant in favor of them.
Can a police arrest him for that case or any relief for that case.
Now what is the consequences for that case.
Please advice as earliest

With this letter I request you to register the complaint either in the form of F.I.R. or N.C. Since some serious breach of trust has been done by the then Executive Engineer (Sjjj) of PWD kkkk who is now posted at Addl. Chief Engineer office .
The F.O.C. (1) BT/1233/2012/21 dated 09/07/2012 for Rs.24.295 (L) and (2) BT/1234/2012/15 dated 09/07/2012 for Rs. 24,356 (L) paid to contractor for such a work which was never executed the amount of both the FOC issued for payment of (DRT Road) the portion of the road for which the payment granted actually completed under PMGSY scheme as such again financial demand under separate head of account by the E.E. is a serious breach of trust.
Another F.O.C. No BT/1233/2012/16 dated 29/03/2012 was also issued for the same road i.e. DRT road on the same chainage in the month of March 2012 this payment was made illegally to contractor on the portion of the road which was actually constructed under the PMGSY scheme, for PMGSY work payment was made from the PMGSY account even though the then E.E. again placed demand for release of fund from another head of account keeping the Govt. in dark that the work was completed under the PMGSY scheme and illegally made payment to contractor.
Thus serious anomaly was done by then Executive Engineer Sri . .

Dear Sir,
I want to know remedy against a person frequently applying under Sec 156(3) to file false cases. The person i am talking about, abuses this section to force people to compromise be it a property related case or any other. He just gives an application in name of his daughter or wife. Infact he had filed 2 different cases against my parents and planning to file another in name of his wife. he had filed at least 5-6 cases against different person under sec 156(3). please help me find some remedy against this misuse before he files another case against my parents.
