My father has 3 brothers and 3 sisters. So, including my father, it is 7 children for my grand mother.
One of my father's brother and my father has passed away around ten years (2012, 2013) before.
My father's grand mother has written a will in favour of my father and his brothers for an ancestral property and it is mentioned that my father and his brothers should take equal share.
Using that will, a partition deed was executed in 2015. In that deed, two brothers of my father, legal heirs of my father and legal heirs of another expired brother of my father has signed. It is executed in front of notary public and it is not registered. My sister and I have executed a registered gift deed to transfer the property to my mother in the year 2018.
Similarly sons and daughters of the expired brother of my father has executed a registered partition deed in the year 2015.
Both of these deeds are registered.
Here are the list of documents I have.
1. Will by Father's Grandmother - Registered
2. Partition Deed by brothers of my father - Unregistered and Executed in front of Notary Public
3. Gift Deed by my sister and I to my mother
Will there be a problem in future since the partition deed executed by father's brothers is not registered?
Patta is in my grand mother's name.
Can I get it transferred to my mother's name?
What will be the parent / mother document for the gift deed that we registered?

My child is totally neglected by his mother, as her mother is totally neglected him by not giving proper food, education, allow to meet with family members. Her mother is a characterless lady living in immoral life.
I want to properly investigate my claim under The Children Act 1960 & take child in my custody u/s 16 of the act.
Where should I lodge complain ?

How can I sell or transfer my property , builder did not provide me possession letter. I have property tax receipt, electricity bill , maintenance receipt, share certificate in my name. I don't trust society managing committee also ,they already involved with builder.plz guide and help.

My employer did not provide digtal kyc for workers and did not provide esi benefits related information during my working period 15th Apr 2014 to 25 th March 2020, no information regarding grateuity payment, did not accept my request for digital kyc for pf,and my attandance record is not provide , further he did not provide pf ac number ,now I found my employment history is deleted from my pf ac ,how can I get my pf and other Reinstatement, plz guide & help.

My question is even after getting my Advocate licence. I do not want to practice in court and I just want to work in a MNC company in Accounts and Finance field. So, is it possible if I can do job or tyere is restriction that after getting advocacy licence one can not do job?

Birth certificate
My daughter was born in delhi in 2007 and at that time we haven't added her name in the birth certificate. Now she is 14 and we want to add her name as it's mandatory for her registration for 10th exam. Also I am seperated form my husband for the past 10 yaers. What can I do.
