Respected sir,
Two wheeler vehicle is on my father name. He was died without any will or register to any other person.But my mother given this vehicle to others.Can I file case as vehicle theft.My mother have right to dispose like that, without legal heirs consent.

Mabusubhani sir, in my observation, you generally put several queries which are of an academic nature. When your mother gave that vehicle to others, how can you file a theft case? Is it a theft in your view? All legal heirs of your father shall transfer the two-wheeler vehicle to others through RTO concerned.
