My wife filed false 498 and dv against me I got acquittal in 498 we are not living together from last 2 years, now I want divorce, she is refusing to give divorce now she is saying I want to stay with my husband. If I refused to take here back will I have to pay money what ever she demands and also I will have to give marriage expenses to here.

The person is dead without will. his wife is already married to some other person.
That person is a father of girl child, who is minor.
Can that property transfer to minor.Without appointing guardian for the same.
Experts kindly provide the suggestion for the same.

Hi All,
I and my wife are planning to purchase agricultural land in Udipi, Karnataka from a cousin.
The land is 15 cents.
We do not hold any other agricultural land anywhere.
We both work in private companies with income more than 2 lakhs.
Is there any rule which allows agricultural land up to 15 cents to be purchased by non-agriculturalist with income more than 2 lakhs like us?

Dear Experts,
As Delhi High Court in the mater of Brij Mohan Gupta Vs The Registrar Of Societies (2012) had laid down that the requirement introduced by the respondent with regard to the desirous persons not being related to each other by way of blood relation, or otherwise, is found to be illegal and unenforceable !!!
Can any one put some light whether that means such a clause is no ore required to be included in the Affidavit of the desirous person, while registering society in the NCR of Delhi.
And members from the same family can form a society ?

I got married and lived just for 10 days..when I came to know they cheated us by having previous relationship my family demanded them to answer..they agreed for mutual divorce...then they didn't come for court..now am planning to marry still I got only my ex party..it is already one full year after applying for divorce..what should I do now..is ex party is enough

I purchased e-stamp to register a resale flat I bought in Indirapuram, ghaziabad. The property address on the e-stamp was given as ahinsa khand 2,Indirapuram ghaziabad. However, this property is on the land if village kanawani which comes under the jurisdiction of Gautam Buddh Nagar. the sub-registrar (GB Nagar) did not register the sale deed quoting the wrong address. How can this be rectified?

Passort renewal
I and my husband were originally issued passports by RPO-Chandigarh in 1994. We moved to NOIDA later on and in 2004 applied for renewal of our passports to RPO-Ghaziabad. My husband was issued the renewed passport but my application was turned down stating that my 1-year stay at the given address was not verifiable. As my husband had to tavel abroad urgently we could not pursue my matter. Later we shifted to Ahmedabad and I applied for renewal of my passport (which was cancelled by RPO-Ghaziabad earlier). But RPO-Ahmedabad is insisting that I submit the letter from RPO-Ghaziabad explaining why passport was not given to me by them. During shifting from NOIDA to Ahmedabad that letter from RPO-Ghaziabad is misplaced and though I have the old cancelled passport I do not have the RPO-Ghaziabad file number. How to proceed in this matter?
