Dear sir I m going to buy a house which was sold by a sc as a vacant land in 1979 to some body else then that person again sold the land to Mrs x from whom I going to buy in mother deed it has been mentioned that permission has been given to sell the land by anchal adhikari pholwari Sharif Patna Bihar by an order no 3822 DT 1979 now bank is asking for certify copy where as many people are saying that in Bihar no such permission is needed. Please guide me in this issue

Sir,
I have 2 children aarav 6 years old and virat 3 years old. I hv filed case in women cell against domestic violence. Now till now there is no solution to our problem. My one child aarav is with my husband and he is not ready to give him. Can I get his custody before the case is further filed in court. If yes, then by wht means. Or should I opt for filing the case for custody in case there is no settlement. Please help me out.
I shall be very thankful to you.

with respect to my dear lawyer members here, I Prabhakar, an high school teacher , a guarantor to multiple loans from Sriram Finance to a borrower,who is absconded for 3 years. I am a co-guarantor in 4 loans. While the last loan he took, the loan agent said that all the previous loans were cleared,but after he absconded they are saying and sent me notices for all the 4 loans. Apart from these the same finance company gave him a mortgage loan on his property. Now they recovered all the debt gave on property. Now my question is what is the way finance company recover from me? I am a salaried person.How to reduce the my monthly recovery ? I have no property on my name.I am leading my family with lot of financial problems. So request the experts here please give your valuable suggestions.Thanking you all.

Hi one of my friend has used my credit card and has defaulted 1.5lc amount a year back but now the amount has gone upto 4.62lc cause bank has charged 3% interest month on month...now I am moving out of India in September and want to settle my credit card account my issue is my ready to pay the principal amount plus 50000 as interest so in total it goes to 2lc but bank executive is not ready to settle he is saying I have to pay 3.5lc then only they will settle my account...please suggest what should I do in this seniorio...

I got My home POP work from some one .
and his total bill was around 1 lakhs . I paid him around 85000 but due to some problem I was not able to pay him the rest . After sometime what I see the work done by him was bad and it was of substandard .
So I asked him to fix it first then I will pay the rest . But instead of fixing he went to labor commission and made a wrong complaint that He has been working in my house for past 6 months and we haven't payed anything to him and now he is demanding 172000 from me the total amount .
Although a person is there in whose presence i have given the money but now labour people are not listening to me and asking me to settle this matter what should I do because they are not listening to me other either doing enquiry to know the truth what should i do please help me . I have been asked to go to labour court for mediation

I have entered into a un registered sale agreement with a developer to buy two plots 30�40 each for 19.2L in january 2013 paying 10L.But till date the developer is not coming forward to register the property saying there is some case pending on the land with previous land owners for non payment.What shold be my couse of action?
