sir, i wish to know does joining armed forces medical services and hence working in remote areas, neutralise my state bond in which i was made to sign before undergoing post graduation training?

Dear sir,
I have taken educational loan for jointly with my father of amt.2.97lakh.but my father unfortunately left me March 2015 .in family problems I have not join any job and not start loan repayment than my loan went in NPA .
Currently bank foce me to pay loan Amt.4.73 lakh and I want to pay in OTS Scheme but bank manger told I have not provided any discount you are pay same NPA Amt.4.73 in OTS scheme because of your father already give security of land papers in bank if you not paid some amt. Bank bank will sale youe land nad recover loan amt 4.73(NPA).
Bt I want some discount of my interest amount......My financial conditions is too bad please Help Me ,What should I do in this?

I have granted my brother - in - law ( X ) to use a portion of the ground floor of my old residential house as his office , free of any cost. He does not pay any rent or maintenance expenses . Now I want to sell the house . I have found a buyer and who wants peaceful possession of the house within two months ( strictly ). I am ready to shift to my new house . But my brother -in-law does not want to vacate within two months even after agreeing ( verbally ) to give him Rs.10 lacs as gift as demanded by him.
Questions :
( a ) What is legal position of X ?
( b ) Shall I write a gift certificate in his name stating that he must vacate the property within two months ?
( c ) What other steps can I take to evict him after paying him the gift ?

Is it necessary to use fathers surname for child. Could mothers maternal surname be used with child's name ( If mother is using her previous surname after marriage)?

Hi,My brothers wife filed a false DV case against my family including me.i am in Canada from May 2015 on conditional PR.and case filed against me in June 2015.what action can be taken against me? even after my brothers marriage i was staying with my in laws not with my parents.what i should do in this regard.My in laws didn't accept summons for DV against me.Kindly suggest.....
