I have 1 civil & 1 criminal trial Ongoing in which I am the Plaintiff/Complainant. Due to a bad relationship I wish to change my lawyer & appoint a new one. Please advise procedure - do I need a NOC for both cases from old lawyer?

Hi, i need some information.
1. If an NRI girl (18 years, Indian, but living in US) comes to India and gets beaten and raped, can her parents take her back to US once she is fit to travel?
2. Does she need an NOC from the police for her to leave the country? Will they allow her to leave?
3. Will the case be closed and the perpetrators be set free if she is not present for the hearing?

Sir/madam,
Required small information, Landlord has posted register post for tenant (vacanting rented premises). The landlord has given 15 days time to vacate the premises.Tenant has reply notice and refuse all allegation and he has not even vacated the premise.
After expiry of the notice period, with in how many days the suit for eviction must be filed. dispute is in telangana state and rent is rs 2500, building is 40 yrs old.

after death of my father the holder of agreement is claiming that we have to give up the farm house. farm house is also having bank loan . he wants us to pay bank loan and to give farm to his custody. and more over that farm is in my dad name but it is family money we have taken farm house.my dad salary was officiant for maintaining house. the savings of all our family memebrs we toke that farm. but now that peole is asking to give enter farm house to him pay paying all loans. and some people claiming that my father has taken money from tham by giving post dated cheque . we dont know them at all . they are asking us to pay that amount with in 15days or else criminal case will be put on us. wat will be consequences futher

I need funding for my project against NA immovable property.
the lender wants a certificate of equitable mortgage issued by the bank or a SKR , Safe Keeping Receipt.
Need to understand the procedure to hAve the same from a bank.

dear sir, i have file a divorce in MAY 2013 on cruelty and dissertion base. matter has not come up on board. issue has been given. can anybody suggest advice to go ahead as opposite party does not want divorce.? i have one son of 10 years living with me. we are separated for more than 3 years.

Greetings of the Day!!
We are running a Ltd company and for business purpose taken loan from a nationalized bank with the Collateral security of land.
Land is located just adjacent to Resident Colony and is within 8 Kms of Municipality. The land is vacant and not used for any agricultural purpose for last 6 years.
At the time of purchase it was registered as Agricultural land. Now the bank people asking for conversion of land as Non agricultural land. Is conversation is required ?

We have some property in tamil nadu which is my grandfathers seif acquired property. he deceased few years ago without leaving any will.

my grandfather had his second marriage during my grandmother was alive. Now in the legal heir certificate my father ( first wife son) has included his step mother name in legal heir certificate. because of that she is not letting to divide the property from past 6 years. so from past 6 years my father is taking care of the agricultural property. before that from my grandfather's death, the second wife second son had taken care of the property for 5 years. till now they are not letting to divide the property.
Now they wanted us to sell the property before partition for which we agreed. As her name is first in legal heir certificate, they tell we have to transfer all the property to her name first. Now we got to know that they are planning to transfer the property to their name and to betray us... from past 6 years my father is asking them but no good things happened till now. she also scolds the ppl who come to work in our land. and also us ( My mom, me and my sister) that we are doing prostitution to earn our daily needs. Is there any way to get affidavit and get her name changed in legal heir certificate.

In our DV case our case was dismissed in the lower court bcoz the respondent has tipped our lawyer as well as the judge and judge says evidance from complainent was not suffient. We went for an appeal in the sessions court, Within 6 months Judge gave an order Contested Dismissed case disposed. Notice was served to respondent 4 times and 2 times Arguements date was given. complinant was not evidenced whereas judgement given. How can they dismiss the case like this ? What is the exact meaning of this. How we have to fight next ? pls help me by giving your valuable feed back at the earliest

Need marriage certificate to apply visa
Hello
I got married in february 2015. Me and my husband both are working in Mumbai but our hometown is in Delhi and also our marriage was solemnized at Delhi Only.
But we need marriage certificate now to apply visa so can we apply for this in Mumbai and if yes then wht is the procedure for same?
