I got reliving letter in which there is designation Mismatch.on offer letter its showing Store leader. But in reliving letter Associate. Due to this my current company hold my confirmation. Now my old company is denying for rectification. What should I do know

My father( govt servant )took a loan from a bank with one of his co-worker as guarantor. As he lagged in repayment, the bank filed a case against him and his guarantor.. Thereby the case is intiated, after a few months he passed away and as his dependents and legal heirs we got a notice that they are adding our name also in the case. As I am a student, my mother is house wife, my sister is married, also presently no family income and no properties are there in any of the above people. What will be their procedure to recover the loan amount.?? How could I approach to this case ???

Dear gentlemen,
I am having 2 sisters and i am the only son to my parents.We settled our family properties dispute(father's ancestral as well as acquired properties) in Lokadalath by effecting partition under family settlement.Ours is Hindu family and my father is alive.According to our customs we effected the above partition under family settlement.So our 2 sisters got less share in the partition.Remaining big share is in name of my father and myself jointly.During settlement in Lokadalath ours sisters agreed to take less share and my mother desired to leave her share in favour of joint family.so my mother didnot take any share.After some months my sisters are threatening me to give some more share because under hindu law daughters are entitled to equal shares as of sons.But in our case am having the following Doubts..
(1)According to Hindu law ,daughters and sons are entitled to equal share in the parents property.But in our case actually my sisters got less share when compared to my and my father joint share.Do my sisters succeed in the above case,if they file a case for setaside the above lokadalath partition?
(2)The above Lokadalath award for PARTITION has been passed two years back in the LOKADALATH COURT..As per law every family settlement in writing should be get registered... But till now the partition award is not registered....With this Could my sisters can challenge the partition award as the award is not registered yet??

I Got Married On 12/5/2011, and since then we lived together say around 10 months only cumulatively.
I filed RCR u/s. 9 in the month of April 2015 since she is not staying with me from 10/4/2014.
On first and second date she doesn't appeared in the court and the next date is on 17/7/2015.
What are the precautions which I should take as the can do anything like they can file false complaints like dowry domestic violence, maintenance etc.
I want to get divorce from her as she doesn't want to stay with me, she insists me to be get separated from my parents even my mother is a last stage cancer patient, she involves her parents in our each and every inter personal issue resulting in to disputes, she is greedy in nature as she took away all the Jewry and and other valuables which we have given her during marriage, she doesn't want to conceive my child.
Please suggest me what should I do at this point of time.
what is the remedy with me if she again does not appeared in the court for counselling.

Hello sir,
I am Shyju , working as staff nurse at Jai prakash narayan apex trauma center(JPNATC)_AIIMS, new Delhi. Now I got selection in National institute of mental health and neuroscience (NIMHANS) BANGALORE, as a staff nurse.Both are Central govt. Autonomous institutions, so applied for a technical resignation for 3 month period, so I have requested for 3 months extension for joining at NIMHANS.But they granted only one month(on or before29/7/2015),if I cannot join before the above date my selection automatically canceled and they will call for next wait listed candidate. I asked about this problem in my current institution, JPNATC, they said if I am resigning before three month , I have to pay balance period salary which is about more than a lakh. So I would request what should I do to get the extension. I saw in DOPT rules, may allow an employ to get an extension maximum up to 9 months, but I don't know which is applicable in my case. Please give me a solution.

Respected Sir,After filed FIR with vague complains by my wife under sec 498a/506 against me on 2011,she does not communicate with me since then.she admitted our Children in a local nursery school with changed the name n title of my kids without my consent.(Before she filed FIR,I, along with her admitted our eldr child in a school.After filed FIR she changed the previous school).The original BC of my children with me.I filed a case in local Family court in this regard and also filed RCR which are under trail .My basic qs is can she changes our kids name n title without my consent?kindly give me legal advice.

Office has imposed a fine of Rs 50000 on employee in diciplinary action.The employee approached Labour court & labour court passed the interim order to maintain status quo meanwhile Employee retire from the service due to superannuation. As the order of status quo is in force the office only retained (not recovered) the disputed amount ie Rs 50000 till the finalization of ULP The employee filed criminal ULP for contempt.Whether this amounts to contempt,Please reply immediately as the matter is urgent

putting the shed over open balcony space
Dear sir, I am staying in mira road thane, we hav a 2bhk flat with balcony, we put steel shed over balcony without taking the permission from society as we were not aware of permission, as in our whole building people had made sheds n ceilings without permission, we had put concrete pieces over it to reduce the level of noise of rain drops, now our society got changed on our time so dey are telling to remove it, we cant remove as we hav kept a rabbit wich stays der, now dey hav send us a notice to remove, please gve some solution as we are not d only one putting d shed, but dis partiality s done with us only
