Civil case procedure

I have a land, which belongs to my grandfather who is no more now. And he has 7 daughters & one son,
Now the land is owned by 8 legal heirs. The land has not been partitioned, it is still in the name of my grandfather. A person residing near this land has filed a civil case against my mom, claiming for the passage from this land to his house. My mom is one of a legal heir. My mom is taking care of this case from 2 years & has spent lot of money without others help. No other legal heirs has interfered & did not helped financially or physically. Can a person file a case on a particular person, for which it has 8 legal heirs? Please guide me to close this case and pleae tell me what can be done further.

Revision petition of summons

The Metropolitan Magistrate has issued a summons order to the accused on my complaint. After appearing in court for a few hearings Accused has filed a Revision petition of summons order in Magistrate court & matter is scheduled for hearing next week.

I have been told by my lawyer that a magistrate rarely cancels a summons. Is this correct?

He joined on 17th Oct, 2010.
Resigned by 30 th June 2015.
Total days in service - 4 years, 8 months, 13 days including weekly offs, holidays, leaves.

By the time of leaving he is having 70 earned leaves, which are not en cashed.

Hence please advise whether it is eligible as per law to get gratuity.

Building plan

an area has not been urbanised u/s 507 of DMC, for revenue purposes Punjab Land Revenue Act 1883 applies. Now for the construction of houses MCD is passing building plan only for the property which are on-road. Not for the other properties which are in the street.
Why so?
As far as I know Delhi Land Reform Act and Punjab Land Revenue Act does not applies to urban areas.
Correct me if I am wrong and kindly advice.

I have petrol pump in bhavnagar ,the sales tax department has seized my personal as well as current account.we r staying in mumbai .the people who are running the business is on our other partners instructions and we have a dispute with him so to trouble us he has fiction the situation by the people who are really looking in this matter as well we now came to kno that he has sold it and we have not received any profit or any amt of sold consideration .
Still on paper we are partner but the department has seized only my account.
So my question is why the other two partners are not liable equally to pay their part of tax. And if so then wht is the meaning of partnership??
