We sold our ancestral property wherein i rec my share as 25 Lacs and have to pay LTCG. An amount of 25000 was paid as IT under Sec 194 IA. Can I claim this as Expenditure incurred on Transfer of Sale in My ITR-2 return under Sec 48? Also as I paid 25500 as Brokerage can I claim this as Expenditure under Sec 48. Bevin

brothers to live my owened home now my father is expired now i am going to retire and need my home i asked them to vacate and
move to old house registered in my father's name but they refused to vacate and asked to leave ur share in father's home then only we will vacate from ur home how to ensure that they will vacate after leaving share of father's property.please give right suggestion.

I really loved a girl.But I never promised to marry her because my parents will not accept her as she was a maid servant in our house.But I loved her. I never had sex with her.
But I went to cinema hall and other visiting place like parks,shopping malls with her. As I loved her I bought many valuable gifts for her and gave her.
Now suddenly she start blackmailing me and insisting me to marry her.She took some pictures of mine in mobile camera when I went to park and other visiting places with her.The pictures are fair pictures. I sat on a bench in the park.She took the picture. She is now telling that those pictures are proof that I went to park and cinema halls with her.She is now blackmailing me and insisting me to marry her.She is also demanding 2 Lakh Rs.
Now my love is totally lost. And after her such behaviour I start hating her.I no more love her. NOW I HATE HER.
Can she make any false case on me?
How will I protect me from that nasty girl?

In so many cases Hon'ble SC & HCs are given judgments that the remedy u/s.6 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 is summary remedy, then what procedure is applicable for its trial in Maharashtra? Whether summary procedure or regular?

During one of the case Father is missing since last 16 years .we published the notice in newspaper and filed a case to declare him died so that sufferer may be benefited . Can a civil court declare died a person one under 108 sec of evidence act.

My father has three son.. i m middle.. my younger brother is an advocate.After my mother's death my father and elder brother stay with me.. my younger brother never take responsibility of them. My wife is not able to do all work due to her illness from last 20 years..younger brother wants his part in property of my father.. is it his right for that ? Is he avoid Father and elder brother?

Sir in a cheque bounce case the court held the accused guilty and sentenced him to undergo imprisonment and an amount of money as compensation to be given to complainant.The accused served the sentence but did not pay compensation.Can accused be prosecuted under the charge of contempt of court for the non compliance of court order?

sir, i have got partitioned my land in joint family by way of filing suit
but at time of posession i got land less than my share
Now i have filed a suit for specific possession
where demarcation was done by patwari and kanogo and still there is some of my land not in my possesion
Now i during evidence put question to the owner of land ( my brother in who's side my land comes) that if i go for further demarcation if the land of my share comes on your side than are you ready to give me my land? he says yes
lower court rejected my application for further demarcation
what should i have to file in higher court? with full procedure please

Lady blackmail to lodge a false complaint
Dear Experts,
In this case wife blackmail her in laws and husband for registering a false complaint against them about asking for "Dahej"/ Dowry.
Let me give some back ground:
Marriage was held on 12 june 2011 at Akola with a very simple islamic process and not even a piece of cloth was taken by her husband family she was taken to in laws house with only a single dress.
Qualification
lady/wife: BA from Amravati university.
Husband: BE Computers Mumbai university.
Lady was not at all use to doing household work nor she has any experience on cooking even Tea.
Mother in law thought her basics of it and even thought her sweeping.
In laws also manage to educate lady further as she had wish of getting Bed but due to her family financial condition she was unable to do it, hence in laws admited her in RIZVI college ( Bandra Mumbai) and finace fees and all require materials. Course duration was 1 yr and during this period lady was exempted from preparing and food and doing house hold work, mother in law manage to perform all task so that lady can concentrate on her studies.
Whenewer mother in law was un well lady refuse to prepare food maling excuse for studies and lady start a strong conversation and aggressice behaviour with all in laws and husband, at the end of every conversation she use to say "u should have asked for "dahej" from my parents, u are torchering me only for it".
Everything was tolerated by in laws assuming a less matureness in lady and everything will get settle as time get pass.
However every year for 4-5 months lady use to stay at her parent residence by having some bad conversation or fights with in law every time she blackmail on taking socide or taking jump from terrace of flat and letting in laws face jurdicial cases thereafter.
Above process continued for 3-4 years.
Last year lady was pregnent and in laws have again taken initiative to do their works on their own and not letting lady do any work except rest. Lady was taken to a well known hospital for regular checkup. In laws were ready to get her admitted to asia largest hospital for her child delivery, still lady has a arogent / aggressive behaviour and blackmail mother in law that if she dont allow her to go at her parent place she will kill child in her worn, in laws were afraid about loosing child so they made necessary travelling arrangement to get lady at her parent place.
Terms and condition laid by in laws during her transfer in front of her parents are as follow:
- child delivery to be done in good private hospital.
- all required vacaciens to be given post birth of child.
Lady parent and lady agreed to all conditions.
Post child delivery:
In laws were informed that all necessary treatment is going on at contontment hospital at pune. hovewer Delivery of child was done in sasson hospital ( muncipality hospital at pune).
When asked about reasons for shifting from private yo muncipality hospital beliw was respose:
Her parents: contontment hospital refuse to tske her cases as they where running short of oxygen cylinder and they transfer her to muncipality hospital.
Actual case: lady has an heart issue ( in laws came to know for first time) since past which was increase during delivery and private hospital asked patient to get admitted to ICU and explain charges to her parents.
Lady parents and family refuse to admit her in ICU and asked to discharge her during labour pain.
Case was then taken to muncipal hospital as emergency and child got deliver there.
In laws visited hospital on next day itself with lots of happiness and joy.
Considering financial condition and transfering from private to muncipal in law decided to take lady and new born girl at their residence for better treatment all necessary treatnement was carried out and necessary vacination was provided.
In laws has arrange for made to perform household works.
Now lady has become so aggressive that she even hit her mother in law and her husband giveng badwords to them and showting "bachao bachao" so that in laws get afraid and let her do what she wants.
Also she has stated that she will kill child if in laws say anything to her and she will also make a false statement about innlaws asking for dahej repeatedly.
In laws are very much affraid of loosing their child and facing false cases of dahej.
