Filling of a writ petition on rti cases.

I filed an RTI application in a department(under Govt. of Assam). Due to getting no response/reply from the concerned SPIO within the time limit specified under RTI Act, 2005, I filed the First Appeal application addressed to the FAA. But the FAA did not dispose off my appeal. Hence, I had filed the Second Appeal application addressed to the State Chief Information Commissioner, Assam State Information Commission. The State Chief Information Commissioner, Assam State Information Commission had conducted a hearing and given decision by passing an order to provide the requested information within a month. A couple of months gone, but till that the concerned SPIO & FAA are not found to be show their interest to provide my requested/sought information.
Now, may I file a Writ Petition in High Court against the SPIO & FAA with a view to obtain the information ? Please, suggest me.

File an application before the State Information Commission by making a specific mention that SPIO has not furnished information as sought for by you and inspite of the order of the State Information Commission and request the commission to issue a direction to the SPIO of the Department.
