Sirs, I have filed a Writ petition in Madurai high court regarding to remove the encroachment in front of my shop building/public pathway.Total Respondents=13(7 government officials & 6 encroachers).
Prayer: To direct the 7 government respondents to remove the encroachment made by 6 encroachers in front of my building shops/public pathway.
Almost 55 days gone.still the case is pending.No vakalat or no counter filed by any respondents.
Very important:
Now the 6 encroachers are trying to put steel shed,bannar sheds and also trying to put petty shops in front of my building shops/pubic pathway.Thereby that 6 encroachers are making inconvenience to my shop sales and buyers are unable to come and purchase from my shops.
FYKI,I am paying my municipality taxes,professional taxes regularly and having license for my shops.
Now my doubt is whether i can file a MP(MD) petition stating to give interim order or stay or injuction for the above said matter.
I feel very helpful if you sirs help me and suggest me in this regards.Please suggest me a suitable prayer for filing this MP(MD) petition.

I am a voter of Diamond Harbour Assembly Constituency (under Diamond Harbour Parliamentary Constituency) from West Bengal, India. By Profession I am an Assistant Teacher in a Govt. sponsored higher secondary school. For my job I am living in a rented house 80 K.M. away from my permanent residence for the last six years with my family. My permanent residence is empty and locked. At the time of last Parliamentary Election in 2014, I came to know that my name along with my family members' has been deleted from the voters' List without any correspondence!
I usually cast my vote through postal ballot (ED Vote) as, being a govt. employee, I am to perform election duty at the time of each and every election. Last time it was impossible due to the deletion.
My query is-
1. Is the deletion legal?
2. What is the legal procedure to delete a voter's name from the Voters' List?
3. If it is illegal, whom can I challenge and how?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to know the Rule/Acts pertaining to execution of Sale/Gift Deed, duly signed by the Seller/Giftor,few years (8 years back),who is refusing to present the same in the respective registrar concerned.
I have not issued any notices till now, but the seller has executed a sale deed in some one's name.
What's the solution for this.

can a mutual consent divorce be granted if wife is 7 month pregnant, the pregnancy is because of family pressure...any judgments if its legally possible?

hi, everyone
i want to ask following question:-
1) the Private builder has given a temporary place(transit camp) to reside for the members, (in this case society has been formed later.)
2)I have heard that if the builder were to belong to the Government then "the said temporary place" were not to be given for rent further to the third person.
3)so, the above case(point no. 2) is also same with the private builder? And is this legal in the eyes of Law?

dear experts,
i lately realised that my marriage is void in the eyes of HMA1955, i had court marriage with my mother's sister's brother's daughter, now girl is staying at her parents house. i got below queries :
1) what is maximum time upto which we can apply for annulment from court.
2)what problem we may face in future if we dont take annulment and try to settle wid different partner.
2) how long its take to approve annulment from court once we have applied for the same
4) how much cost for entire procedure
5)girl might claim her sexual and mental loss due to marriage, which is now void by law. so how court will handle this things. will i have imprisoment.
6) it is ok if i started the procedure of annulment. or its good to be wait for notice from girls side.
7)i had to look after marriage expense and jwellary for girl. will i get it back

We have query regarding STAMP DUTY and VAT on property in Mumbai (Maharastra)
We have purchased flat in Mumbai (Maharashtra). Allotment letter issued by developer in Sept 2010 @ Rs. 9000 psf and full instalment paid as & when demanded by builder. Possession expected in Sept 2015.
Developer advised that Stamp Duty & VAT payable on market price as of today (sept 2015) @ Rs. 13000 psf. whereas we bought directly from developer @ Rs. 9000 psf.
Please clarify, why we can not pay Stamp Duty and VAT on cost price (when building ready in Sept 2015 only)

As per law , drink and drive is criminal case against the person who is convicted.
if the person convicted is a criminal bcoz of drink and drive, then central govt and state governments are also big criminals bcoz they are giving license to sell liquor in india.
so, i want to file case against central govt and state govts in supreme court.
Liquor should be banned in india.
can anyone help me in this matter?
what is the legal procedure to file case in supreme court?
please take this case very serious....
it will change india.

Hello sir,
My wife is asking me maintenance and accomodation facility and has challenged me in court.My wife is a graduate and earning approx 8000(as stated by her) and stays with her mother and brother and her mother is also earning nearly 45000p.m (as stated by her 25000) and also her brother is working.My family parents and brother sister are not working and are financially dependent on me.i am the only bread earner.my father is paralytic.I stay in mumbai.I will not be able to pay 15000 maintenance plus 10000 as rent as per my wifes demand.Please tell me i will not be able to fulfill her demands.how do i do.
