Hi,
If someone default on PL/CC, what are the actions can be taken by the bank.
Is police role involve in Loan Default matters? What r the guidelines for Collection agency by RBI.
Please revert asap.

I own multiple properties in my name with different survey nos in one partition deed.
I want to take Home loan for one of the property among it , but i need to give the original
document to the bank. So what will I do if I want to transact other properties in that deed which is
not included in the home loan.

Hi Sir/Madam, our cousin had entered into a registered agreement for developing his 1000 sq.yrds plot in hyderabad in year 2018.The developer had not responded and done nothing since then and neither he is cancelling the agreement then our cousin approached us and decided to sell the plot to us for out right, so we made sale agreement in 2022 june to buy the plot. Will this be a valid one and can I go with registering the plot.

When there are two writs and a criminal matter, one by 'A' against 'B', under Art 32; another filed by 'B' against Government of India under Art 226, and a defamation suit by 'B' against 'C', are clubbed by SC under 139 A, then who will be the petitioner, from point of view of the Appellant Memorial?

Plaintiff has filed a commercial suit on the basis of foot of account for goods sold and delivered. The defendant never appears before the court. the Plaintiff has produced a copy of ledger account and copy of demand notice as evidence. The Plaintiff doesn't have purchase order, copy of acknowledged invoices or lorry receipts. When the matter was kept for ex-parte orders, the court has dismissed the suit with cost. under the circumstances what remedy is available for plaintiffs.
please guide me as I am a jr. advocate and need the help to contest the matter for plaintiff.

I have received legal notice , as i borrow some amount from some person on DEMAND PROMISSIORY NOTE on Dt:: , in that notice to repay with in seven days from date of receipt of notice.
but i did not know who is that one and also he did note belongs to my village according to my knowledge i can not barrow any amount from any person . how should i give replay to that notice

I am accused in IPC 338 Accident case and my advocate filed criminal appeal in the court which is about to start next month. My advocate is planning to ask lenient view to the court but i am not that aware of the process and procedures.
1. if appeal is dismissed, will I be sent to jail immediately from the court ?
2. What will happen to my job if appeal is dismissed?
3. Is there any way I can fight further or I need to quit ?
The complaint filed MACT claim case and about to get compensation from my insurer, still they are not ready to settle after conviction from trial court.

Is pay protection is allowed when a govt employee joins Delhi govt (DASS grade to 4600 pay scale) after resigning through technical resignation/proper channel from UP state govt (Highcourt Review officer 4800 pay scle).

My council send court's order to OP, but he refused to receive the letter.
Can I get final order on next day of hearing ?

Police officers forcing us to sign petition .
Dear sir , we have given police complaint and due lot of presure from us they have made petition on 13-12-2022.
however police officer who prepared the undertaking letter or content (endowment) for this petition is not as per we requested and it is in favour of criminials occused in this complaint .
now , we asking for endowment(letter) copy of this petiton , but they are forcing us to sign it and get it . what to do sir in this ? thank you .
