During the raid by the CBI in my residence, they have took lot of documents pertains to me and my brother. While submitting to the court, they have filed only selected documents as "List of Documents". The remaining documents were with CBI custody and they have not returned it to me. I have taken my defence based on the list of documents filed by the CBI. Please clarify whether the CBI can file any other fresh document seized from me which is in their custody after my defence side over.

I have some query regarding our property.My father had some property which he got from his mother by dividing along 3 Sons among 3 one of my Son is my father and 2 son sold to others but my father bought giving money to 3rd party its in my mother name and other 3 son sold his property to another . Apart from 3 sons our grand parents having 2 daughters who are married long back in the year 1982 and 1983 . Now one of the daughter had put case on my father he need property from my father .All this property divided long back almost 25 years.2 son was died long back 3 son sold property long back to others .remaining is our property only .
And other main thing is our grand father had 3 wife . All property has been divided on basis of wife names.Our father is 3 wife son (above all 5 belongs to 3rd wife) .
Please advise weather we need to give our property to my father sisters ? we retained our property with lots of struggle in early days we took education loan and borrowed money from others for our daily needs we struggled lot to retain since 25 years .Now this peoples put a case on us .. Please advise on this .

Sir i had a accident case(304 A) in past but 2 years back the case was closed with a fine of 10000 rs and now im having a pending compensation case,am I eligible to apply for govt jobs,plz respond to my query

Sir,
I am residing in CHS, Mumbai.
I had purchased flat in 2012. Society asked for 75000 as transfer premium. Society gave me receipt of 25000 for Transfer Premium & rest 50,000 (25,000+20,000+5000) 3 nos receipt for BUILDING DEVELOPMENT FUND). I paid amount when I was purchaser, means I was not member of Society & was in need of NOC for purchase.
Later I came to know its only transfer premium is 25,000.
Sir, after 3 years can I ask Society to refund 50,000 back to me ?
Simultaneously can I directly register complaint in Police ?
I am doing all these cause MC is acting like dictator & not solving members problem & lot of harassment of members happening.
Other 2-3 members paid 40,000, 60,000 for the same but no resolution pass for 75,000 ever.
Expecting valuable expert's opinion on this.

Dear sir,my brother's wife commited suicide and died on 20th day after their marriage in june 2013.In laws complained it as dowry death.My parents and my brother were arrested and hadbeen in jail for 2months then.We never faced any thing like this,not even a single civil case.We dont want to roam around courts and so we are tryng for settlement.kindly help to solve this issue.

Hello sir, I am practising as an advocate in Bangalore and I want to become Trade marks agent. According to the procedure one has to obtain a character certificate signed by the District Magistrate. My question is can a sitting Metropolitan Magistrate attest a character certificate.

Respected sir/madam,
i am a tenant since 24 years in mumbai, my owner has gifted property to muslim trust and instructed me that hence forth i am wakf tenant an i will be abide by wakf act, the trust say me to increase rent and filled application for removal of encroachment in wakf board as i am not given rent to them according to trust i have to get my premises renewed after every three years and increase rent every year or vacate the premises please guide me.

My 125 was ex party ordered.final order is 5000 pm.wife stated my salary is 50000 pm in jan 2013 and my actual salary in hand is 8500 rs after beeing job less for 8 months.i did a second lawayer and make a appeal for stay on this ex party order and request the judge for fight against this judgement that i cannot bear this big amount so give me a chance to contest this judgement and produce my evidence.now the thing is that opoosite lawyer shows my wife as abla nari and says she doesnot know any thing and not doing anything but she is doing a job in hero bikes in rajasthan.i have a 10 year child residing with her.what to do to reduce maintanance.judge told me to deposit 30000 rs first then stay was granted and chance will be given to me for challanging the recent judgement .

Property issue
HELLO ,
In 1967 a mother and her 3 sons has sold me her husband's property which is about of rs. 2000000 now.At that time two daughters of her were minor.so mother and her sons didnt said anything to them..But now daughters wants to claim their portion of share in their father's property..Are they entitled ??..or if yes then what would be the timelimit to file a claim ? and from whom she is eligable to file a claim ? And what is my liability in this case ? i was simply a buyer.
