Pls guide me how much may be fees to lawyer and court is it more expensive, how many days it takes.how it can be divided among legal heirs.

The lawyer that you approach can brief you on his fee, court fee, and time taken.

It is believed that you are Hindu and that the deceased father has not left any valid WILL.

If ClassI legal heirs e.g. spouse,sons,daughters are present they shall share the property equally.

Amicable settlement is best option.

Registered family settlement deed is an option.
