I had purchased a plot within nagpur area, Maharashtra in d year 1992 but not had registered it and it comes under gunthewari. So, I want to know that what will be the penalty. And the stamp duty will be charged with the current date or by the date when the plot was purchased?

my father has been adopted. my natural grand mother given her property to her adopted son(godh diya hua son) by way of family settlement decree.it's right way transfer of property ? my natural grand mother gave her property in equal share to her real son and daughter and adopted son.
son and daughter and adopted son(my father) and my natural grand mother signed in memorandum front of civil judge. is it valid decree? my natural grand mother's son's son can challenge it ?

I am a probationer and suspended from job and a dept enquiry is against me. I want to know that can dept terminate me before the dept enquiry concluded. They alleged me for economic offence and also lodge fir against me. Pls suggest me is there any chance of termination before D.E. concluded.

We had a 200 sq yard plot due to construction in nearby house it developed so many cracks as it was 40 years old . So we decided to rebuilt it but by selling 70 sq yard from it . It was made by builder as he told us that he will get the map approved but later on he told as plot has bifurcated the map cannot get approved by mcd . Mcd came and demolished the unauthorized construction at that time . We made our home now again we got to know that they have filed a case against us in police station . We are confused now what to do now . Also we have made our home . Whole of our saving has been used . Also the 70 sq yard we sold is not made yet . Now what are my options as it will be going in the court for hearing . Please give your advice on this . Registry of 70 sq yard has been done . if it was unathorized why registry was done . Why many houses nearby our house didn't get the same notice .

Respected Sir,
I have to file writ petition in respect of RTI for compliance of order of SIC.
1. Is it compulsory to make state government as party along with SIC ?
2. Whether notice under section 80 cpc required to be given to SIC ?

As there is repairing is going on in our society and we had given the written request them to give us the copy of all relevant papers ref to repair but it is all most 50 days passed they are not providing any of the paper what action can be taken against society

I have done B.com LLb and practicing as an advocate. I now wish to study further. Kindly suggest . I have narrowed it down to MBA and LLM. My prefrence is to join corportes so is LLB+MBA a good option. Also I don't wish to pursue Company secretary course.
