We have been staying in a rented home in thane since 10 years and we want to buy the same but the owner is not willing to sell it.
when can tenants get a right to buy the home or what can be the solution to buy the house?

I have been married to my husband for 12 years. It was a love marraige which was carried out by husbands parents as per Arya Samaaj rites and then registered.
The first 3 years of marraige were blissful.. problems began when our first daughter was born.. We were both working and I was not allowed to take a sabbatical to look after the child and neither were in laws who made us stay separately from the start helped us in any way.
Then our second child was born.. The child was diagnosed with a terminal disorder and the same year ..husband lost his job.
I had to continue working in spite of my child's diagnosis. . For the next 5 years, while my husband laid back and enjoyed being jobless and torture grew on me and the kids as he was professionally jealous that his wife was doing well.
Last year he tried to Starve my I'll child to death as his family constantly kept brainwashing him that the child was a curse.
I quit working as soon as I found out .. and as soon as I did he absconded from the house never to return.
DV case has been filed and interim maintenance claim has been submitted.
The lower court approved child maintenance and rejected mine as the opposition side submitted a fake document indicating I am still well employed.
They went to sessions court to get a blanket stay on the child maintenance too stating husband is mentally challenged as he has been tortured by me over years of marriage.
And is bankrupt.
Owing to my terminally ill child's condition I am unable to got to work as I have no family to look after my kids..
I need your advise and support to know how to fast track this case. I have been scrapping of my savings for the past 16 months and my child's treatment has come to a halt.. elder ones education too will need to be discontinued if I don't receive any monetary support. .asap.

Sirs, I have filed a writ petition(PIL) to remove encroachment in a public street to the extent of 15 meters for which i have got the direction from High court madurai.In another 65 days the municipality team have evicted the encroachment with the help of Town police by providing further orders on 18/11/2015.After 2 days of eviction, the encroachers have got interim injunction for a period of 3 weeks and the order date is 19/11/2015.Copy delivered is on 20/11/2015.
Notice of motion returnable by 3 weeks."Their prayer is grant order of interim injunction restraining the respondent from unlawful interference in the petitioners(encroachers) occupation of street vending in the street."
When i approach the town police they are saying that they got interim injuction and ordering me not to disturb the encroachers for a period of 3 weeks.
They have filed Municipality alone as respondent and the name of 6 petitioners.In this scenario please guide me how i can proceed further to vacate their interim injunction.
Earlier there is wp case pending for which those 6 petitioners are respondents and they nevers appeared for that case,no vakalat,no counter filed.And now they filed and got interim injuction by using their names as Petitioners. Pls suggest me to vacate their interim injuction.....

I have complained for my sister.Police have loged FIR under section Cr.P.C 154 agaist her inlaws on 11 Aug 2015. The Police have register the case under these sections

The police have transfered this case to Mahila Police for deliberation. The Mahila Police Allahabad SO have recorded the video statement of my sister on 22 Sep 2015 and given the assurance will take appropriate action againest respondent. Almost its 3 month have been completed. Mahila Police have not taken any action even its going to comlete almost 3 month the charge sheet have stucked for next procedure. Me and my sister have hopeless. I feel its very difficult to get justic.Kindly suggest me . What should i do against police and this case. Bez the police is not getting any proper response.

As per Maharashtra rent control act 1999
Section 8. Court may fix standard rent and permitted Increases In certain cases.
(4) (a) Where at any stage of a suit for recovery of rent, whether with or without a claim for possession, of the premises, the court is satisfied that the rent is excessive and standard rent should be fixed, the court may, and in any other case, if it appears to the court that it is just and proper to make such an order, the court may make an order directing the tenant to deposit in court forthwith such amount of the rent as the court considers to be reasonable due to the landlord, or at the option of the tenant, an order directing him to pay to the landlord such amount thereof as the court may specify.
(b) The court may further make an order directing the tenant to deposit in court periodically such amount as it considers proper as interim standard rent, or at the option of the tenant, an order to pay to the landlord, such amount thereof as the court may specify, during the pendency of the suit;
(c) The court may also direct that if the tenant fails to comply with any order made as aforesaid, within such time as may be allowed by it, he shall not be entitled to appear in or defend the suit except with leave of the court, which leave may be granted subject to such terms and conditions as the court may specify.
The current rent is Rs 1/- per sq ft per month where as in vicinity the rent are Rs 100/- per sq ft... I have filed case for fixing standard rent .., and I also prayed to order / fix interim rent at Rs 50/- per sqft to be deposited by tenant in court till the pendancy.
Can the court fix interim rent...as per Sec 8, 4 (a), (b) as stated above ?
Please reply.... I require the answer since I am one of the victim of Indian Judiciary system... which is the slowest in the world...
also tenant has to pay meagre amount for prolonging matter.

my son is employed in us having nri status.his daughter of 9 years of age born in us.having us resident status.may son is planning to educate in india.Will it be suitable for she to come india on PIO(parents of indian origin)card or visa.and what isdifference in between and what is time limit in both cards to stay in india. ........santosh kumar trivedi

Greetings.
I had a question regarding forgery. Will it be forgery if a person puts another man's name/signature if authorized to do so by the person?
For example, will it be forgery if a lawyer tells his clerk or friend to put his(the lawyer's) name on the space for advocate's name where the lawyer identifies the deponent on an affidavit? In this case the clerk or friend writes the lawyer's name/signature on the affidavit after being permitted by the lawyer himself.

Nullify marriage
Hi,
My sister get married by mistake. She carried away with the guy and his family. They mind washed her and succesed to get her married. Now she realised her mistake after a week of her marriage and want to nullify her marriage. How's it possible?
