As a petitioner, in my ex parte divorce case, I have tried several times through my advocate, to give the written argument to the judge who is refusing to take it for no proper reason. Can I forward this document to Registrar HC to forward to the FC Judge, explaining my grievance? Or what else are the solutions to such a situation? Kindly guide.

Dear All Experts
X and Y are directors of a private limited company. A has invested some money with the Company. Company failed to pay the investment in time. A filed civil suit for recovery of investment made by him against X and Y being director of the company without impleading company as Defendants.
How far the directors are personally liable for debts owned by the company.
May suggest judicial pronouncements in favour of the directors.
An early reply shall be appreciated.

Hello,
My query is that I want to obtain an obc certificate from UP where my family lived 15 years ago.We are currently residing in haryana.As rule is there that you can obtain an obc certificate only from the state of origin.Now I have no residence in UP.How can I obtain an obc certificate considering you have to attach a residence proof alongside application?

Our department is permitted to rebate only for 10% of the total amount of HRA drawn during the FY. My query is How much amt will get rebate in tax and upto what extent. Is our department is correct. Please clarify.

Hi,
My and myself are going for Mutual consent divorce. Mutual settlement terms have been agreed, and date in court is withing next two days. As per settlement agreement it was agreed that my husband will give me his share of apartment which we both own together, making me a single and only owner of the house plus returning my personal belonging including jewelry which was given by my father during marriage. As per my Lawyer it was confirmed that property transfer formality and returning of jewelry will take place before we file for mutual consent first motion petition in court. Same was agreed few days before with my husband and his lawyer. But suddenly today just before a day of court date my husband is putting one more condition where is terming to first file divorce decree petition and then only do process of property transfer and return of jewelry.
My question is - is this correct legal process or my husband can turn hostile after Divorce decree is signed. I doubt based on my experience with my husband that he will not full fill agreed terms. Please guide me through this on urgent basis.

In a civil suit Petitioner awarded perpetual injunction by Hon’ble. Under VII rules 1&2 R/W section 26 of civil procedure code.
I am the defendant, in the view of facts documents and circumstances of the case which I produced after hearing the arguments of both side, Hon’ble court dismiss the injunction order.
Now the actual query is:--
I want to prevent the petitioner not to go for appeal for stay.
By apply Caveat. When should I apply CAVEAT best way to apply for Caveat.

I can not give the whole amount. can i get the one time settlement option in there.

Respected sir,
I have acquired ghumsta license under the name Kumar tours and travels which will deal with air tickets and renting taxis .can I open shop with name different from registered name .as in can I put my shop name as Royal travels which runs under company name kumar tours and travel .i want to consider Royal travels as my brand name and kumar as company name .do I need to register Royal travel under my company name .
