My wife want divorce but as I love her so deeply I won't gonna give her & the allegations imposed by her on me are too small & stupid u can say; there is no reason for taking this huge action so can you plz suggest what steps I should take to take her back

My father inherited his share alongwith his brothers from a commercial ancestral property in Delhi.Father made out a will bequeathing a monthly amount to daughters from the rent and subsequent increase in rent if the son so desired. Father died in 2001 Can daughters now demand arrears of their share of rent from 2001? The will is witnessed but not registered. Kindly enlighten. Thanks.

I have credit card debt about 180000 rs from 2008. but unable to pay in any condition. But the recovery agency keep harassing my parents. What legal action they can take against me or my Parents?

This forum has been a great help to me from long time.First of all i am very much thankful to all lawyers.
In a case u/s 500(defamation) the complainant managed to get summons returned with refusal.
Therefore the court issued NBW against accused. with the help of some lawyer friend the accused came to know about NBW. The accused immediately filed for recall NBW but the honorable judge returned the recall saying to issue notice to complainant.The problem is he is not staying at home during day time, coming only at late night and keeping house locked.Also forcing the court staff to send NBW to concerned Police station immediately. Kindly suggest what to do.

Section 196 contains separate set of disqualifications for MD/WTD Does that mean that Section 164 is not applicable to MD/WTD?
For eg even if a person is of unsound mind ( as contained in 164) he can still be a MD under sec 196

Labour case
I was in clerical job in private organisation and after domestic inquiry my services were dismissed. I am confused by the different advices from different advocates to whom I should approach. One advocate replies that my case falls within civil court and another advocate dealing in service matters replies that my case falls within Labour Commissioner who will refer my case to Labour Court if not settled. My query is that I am in clerical job and in payscale Rs. 7800/- with total salary of Rs.19000/-. Although my advocate had replied that I come under the purview of workmen but keeping in faith in team of lawyersclub do advice on my query.
