Hi experts
My wife was left before 1 yr because of misunderstanding, I hAve 1 son age 10yrs old .my son was with her mom.she was not talked till now , I also not talked .shall I marry another women without any intimation made to my wife.if I file divorce is there any compensation/settlement payable my side if yes how much shall I payable? Please advise how I should tackle legally.

being a Muslim, you should try to reconcile the matter with her if not possible then you may pronounce talaq to her and remarry.
1/3 of you income may be grant as maintenance to her and son, it may more then this.till her remarry.

she may also claim her Mahr and stridhan from you and may be possible to file a criminal case against you regarding the cruelty and non return the stridhan u/s 498A/406 of IPC.

First, try to clear misunderstanding. Please keep your ego aside. EGO is main cause of family dispute.
Second, if failed, go for divorce. and before going for divorce, please do not marry. She will take advantage of the situation and you will be in the big mess.
