Hi team,
I am having land 1.20 Acres of agriculture land in two survey number 65,80 which is situated beside each other. The document was registered in 1970 in my grand father name.The land was registered is 1.11 & 0.09 cents, Now if check in link documents, it is like 1.02 & 0.18 cents... what should i need for rectification of that document registered in 1970 year (Andhra Pradesh)

Respected lawyers,
My sister mamta was married last year. After marriage because of her mother-in-law including husband bad behaviour, she left sasural and now living at her mayaka. Now she is mother of one baby.
My sister don't want to go at her Sasural and don't want to make any relationship with them.
Plz suggest what we do. Maintenance, claim dowry etc ( sorry bad English)

Dear sir my wife have purchased a flat in Noida Extension from her sister.The initial payment of 10% was made by my sister's wife subsequently the remaining payment was executed and made by me from my NRE account.
Initially the builder had said that the transfer of the flat between the blood relation(sister to sister with documentary proof) wound be done at the cost of Rs 5/sq feet but later on when we actually went to the builder for executing the transfer he started demanding a sum of Rs 500/sq feet.
Some one please let me know that what is the actual rate of transfer (between the blood relation) of the flat in Noida Extension and what would be the best solution to reach reach towards an amicable solution of this issue with the builder.

How could I start the practice of Law?

c) Which field can be better? It is special to ask as I could notice that people are generally covering all areas here t my locaality i.e. Bhilwara.

me and my wife separated on 7/4/15. she filled dvc,125 crpc, 420, 307 ipc, etc. at the time of marriage we have given gold and silver items as per marriage talks those are worth of 15 lakhs. we gave a counter for her dvc stating all those as false allegations, in that we have asked her to return all the gold, silver and gifts. we have tax bills(we didn't take them at the time of buying, we didn't know its importance at the time of buying so, we have adjusted the date of purchase and brought them) and marriage photos as an evidence. is the evidence sufficient or any video proof is required(we don't have marriage video. i think it's with her). how to proceed if she won't give or allege that we didn't give or state that the items were kept by her parents only(show fake bills) ??

Sir meri shadi 2015 me hui hai.meri wife ka kisi ke sath affair hai.is baat ka mere pass voice call recording or mobile bill evidence hai.meri wife ne section 9 ka case file kar diya hai.lekin main apni wife ke sath nhi rehna chahta kyoki uska boyfrind mere ghar bi aa jata hai.main kya kru sir

Dear Expert,
My friend has come across a scenario :
He was working with Company A for 4 years and 1 years ago this was taken over by Company B. Now Company B is declining the Gratuity Eligibility stating that He was employed with them only for 1 years..
In the offer letter from Company B it is stated that there will be continuity of service and the accrued amount is transferred to B.. When asked on this clause, they replied stating that we do not want to have an issue that time so we just added it..
I believe he is eligible for Gratuity..
Can he file a case against them for fraud or any other charges based on the documents He have from them like offer letter, Gratuity denial letter signed by Company head... If so what are the charges applicable.. ?
they are in total 100+ employees, earlier they used to provide gratuity to similar cases now due to bad performance of company they started to decline all such claims and started to force employees to resign who all were transferred(not letting them to complete total of 5 years).
Going forward everyone will face the same.
