My father has ancestral property and now he wants to add names of my mother ,my brother and me to the property.ie. four owners to the single property and all are in blood relations.
Is it possible to transfer property in such a way ???
What if the property is a B-tenure property?

if there is many share holder in the ancestral property then first assure the share of your father then enter into family settlement or execute gift deed in favor of all blood relation, and registered the said deed.

If the sole purpose for the excercise is to avoid the Regn. fee , then regn. of a Gift Deed by your father in favour of the desired holders is te best and economical solution.

Regarding the stamp duty for registration of settlement deed, approach the sub-registrar office of your area concerned.
