Dear Experts,
Yesterday I went to Court to file a declaratory suit for civil death of my client's father.
The Judge instructed me that civil court has no jurisdiction to entertain such suit.
And given me name of the following judgments namely
Subhash Ramchandra Wadekar Vs Union of India AIR 1993 Bom p 65
and GLR 2009 (5) 3949.
And instructed that you have to approach to High court.
Can anyone help me ? is there any authority that suggest the actual procedure of 107-108 of evidence act.

sir,
i have been appointed to central govt company, time of interview comapny had taken undertaking that i do not have higher qualifications that basic graduation, indtead of i am having post garduation i have given undertaking that i do not have post graduation degrees.
now after my job confirmation i have been given certificates for incorporation.
but focmany issued me showcause notice under suppression of fact.
kindly advice, right to education is my fundamental right what ever qualification i have that is my interest, undetaking obtianed by me is agsint fuandmanetla right

i have been appointed Central agovt company on basic graduation, time of intereview comany had taken undertaking that i do not have higher qualifications like professional qualifications, post graduation degree, deploms. eventhough i was post graduate coandidate i have given undertaking that i don not have higer qualifications.
after my confirmation of job after 2 years now i have given my higher qualification certificates for incorporation of my post garduation degree , but comany issued showcause notice under suppression of fact.
kindly advice me what step i have to take now.

Sir meri wife ne 2 December 2015 ko 498a ipc 323 ki fake complaint di ti. Jo women cell me 21 dec ko jhuti sabit hone ke kaaran band ho gyi.meri wife ne fir 29 dec 2015 ko dobara ipc 498a ipc 323 ipc 361 and ipc 506 ki mere khilaf complaint ki hai.or ek mediacal certificate jo 17 november 2015 ka hai attach kiya hai.kya meri pehle wali complaint jo jhuti sabit hui ti vo is complaint me meri kuch help kr skti hai.sir main janna chahta hu ki agar me cruelty ground par divorce case file karta hu to kya divorce ko liye meri wife ki sehmati jruri hai kya.agar meri wife mujhe divorce na de to kya mera divoce nhi hoga

Dear Sir,
I am planning to buy 1 BHK flat in chembur and have finalised one flat. The flat in whose name it is registered, he has expired and it has got transferred to his wife. She has one daughter and one son.
Daughter has given a indemnity bond stating she has no objection and the flat can be sold out to anyone.
But there is no noc from the nominees son.
And the nominee has prepared one permanent agreement and mention that there are no legal heirs.
Question to you Sir, can i buy the flat.
Will there be any legal issues.

I got married in an arya samaj mandir,new Delhi. My husband is from haryana and I am from up. I want to change my surname. How can I update my new name on my adhar card, pan card and voter id. We live in gurgaon since 2 years. I have a certificate which was provided by arya samaj. But I have not registered my marriage in registrar office. I donno the procedure for the same. I want to change my name legally and follow my husbands permanent address as my address.

I had filed a complaint before msedcl consumer forum for inadequate bill. But they give a judgment against me and mentioned that next appeal is to ombusment Nagpur. The limitation period has been expired. Can I file the complaint to the district consumer forum. What materials I need regarding studies. What would be the cause of action. Plz guide me

I have a problem with my DOB. My actual DOB is 11-10-1994 and in the school certificates, PAN card, voter ID card upto college degree certificate my DOB is registered as 11-10-94 . After 26-01-1989 who are all born they need to produce the birth certificate, so I went to and applied for my birth certificate in the muncipality office. with my scholl certificates and the are issuing birth certificate of 10 - 10 -1994 and I want to change my date of birth on birth certificate issued by muncipality . Now I dont know what to do, to apply passport .What I needs to do for apply a passport? can anyone suggest me? Please help me :( what shall i do to get passport?
