Dear sir/Madam,
My father retired from indian army and was worked as a Armed Guard in State Bank of India (SBI). He passed away in 2004 after 10 years service from SBI. My mother getting only defense pension. Is she eligible to get SBI pension (two family pension) as well?
Please clarify

my wife filed many cases against me and my family
first she filed complaint in women commission
2nd she filed another complaint in caw cell in caw cell our io refer to the mediator which was failed by her and her father.later the io was file fir against me and my mother , father , sister and brother etc.
there after my all family memebers got bail by the session court but i am not then i got bail from high court then she filed another complaint in dv act and 125
after arguments she awarded rs.6000 per month from mm court in dv act.
till the day she is not willing to live with me i file divorce case against her but she neglect . please suggest me how can i got divorce from her.

My cousin sister got married 8 months ago at araya samaj in presence of family.
This intercaste marriage and now parents of her husband are forcing him to marry another girl.

I have got married in dec 2015.I have to apply for the passport of my wife. We have got our marriage certificate also. Now my question is that while applying for the passport in the passport office,they are asking for the address proof and identity proof.
I have following questions..
- we don't want to change her surname, as all her documents are having her old name.. So that should not be an issue.
- As her address in all her documents is of her father's, so can she apply the passport by her new address(husband), which is not updated in her adhar card or voter ID card.
- is it better to apply for passport by her father address( as her adhar card and voter ID card have same address).
- or Where and how can we apply for her new adhar card with updated address and how long does it takes to change the address, as we have to apply for passport on urgent basis...
Please help and guide

A one floor building was constructed in the year 1991 by Rewa-Sudhar Nyas, Rewa, in which 41 shops in ground floors and 25 Advocate chambers in first floor were constructed in this building.
Out of 41 shops 32 shops were sold-out as leaseholder of 30 Years @ Rs. 100/- Per year.
In the year 1994 Rewa-Sudhar Nyas was merged in Nagar-Palika Nigam, Rewa.
Then in the year 1998, Nagar Palika Nigam, Rewa has invited an premium auction in news paper for auction of remaining 9 shops. In news paper conditions were written for auction that "Condition for auction shall be seen in the office".
By this premium auction my client Maniklal Khandel has paid advance Rs. 5000/- for entering in premium auction and got Shop No. 21 in auction.
Then after 6 Months client has paid remaining premium amount Rs. 29678.00 to Nagar Palika Nigam, Rewa.
Where it has been told by Office that you have to pay rent @ 200/- per month also.
My client said that in this complex all shops are in lease rent @ 100/- per year.
Then dispute begans here:-
1. Nagar Palika Nigam Says that clients has to pay monthly rent @200/- p.m. along with premium amount Rs. 34500/-.
2. My clients Says :- I have paid premium amount and I am owner as leaseholder as per previous all shops in this complex are in leasehold rights for 30 years.
You are kindly requested that give appropriate direction and any citation regarding in this case.

In a flat Nomination form, there are two sections. In first sections, say, there are Nominee A and Nominee B with equal proportion of 50% each. In 2nd section, where it is mentioned, in case of death, all the above mentioned shares will be transferred to Nominee A. Then after the death of the owner,
1. what will be the new status of the share certificate? will the new share certificate have Nominee B's name?
2. iF YES, Will the Nominee A be the sole owner of the said flat?

Dear Sir, I have a query relating to transaction Value, please find as: 1. A Government Ordnance Factory is engaged in manufacturing of Guns which are issued to Armed forces and police Forces, as per the orders of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), all the guns are required to be compulsorily inspected & tested by its testing wing before its removal from Factory. Thus Inspection of Gun is mandatory before removal. MOD issued another order that 4% of the cost of guns to be recovered from the all the police forces under state Govt under state Govt. as cost of inspection. Cost of inspection need not to be recovered from Armed forces as it already falls under the ministry of defence itself. Now my query is that whether inspection charges to included in Transaction Value and charge excise duty on the 4% along with the Value of Gun or, testing and inspection be treated as separate service rendered by ordnance Factory to State Police Forces, or both service tax and excise duty is payable? As per the definition of Transaction Value under section 4 of Central Excise Act, price which the buyer is liable to pay includes in transaction value and liable to duty of excise. since the inspection charges are incurred before removal and the buyer is liable to pay inspection charges along with the price of product so in my opinion it must be included in transaction value. Is there any case law / circular/ notification available which state that service tax and excise cannot be levied on same value. Please look in the above matter and guide me.

Discharging the accused
In a complaint case, there are four accused namely A B C D. A and B filed petition in High Court u/s 482. D was declared discharged by the Supreme Court. Later on, C and A got bail. Now, B is the only person who is not on bail. After final arguments in the case u/s 482, whether High Court may declare discharge from all the allegations to Mr. B if not going to quash the summoning order or what type of reliefs High Court may give if not quashing the summoning orders?
