Respected Experts,
A obtained a vehicle loan from a financial institution and still some more E.M.I s are due. While so, A wants to sell away his vehicle to B. So, A wants to get his loan transferred to B, for which financial institution is also willing.
I am representing financial institution.
My questions are :-
1. Whether law permits to transfer the existing loan from A to B?
2. If so, What are the legal formalities to be observed and documents to be obtained either from A or B by the financial institution to avoid legal complications in future?"
pls reply. its somewhat urgent

Hello sir
I gor married in 2014, before marriage i told all conditions like we need to live in joint family, n my family members r of moderate values.
But after marriage disputes started and continues till date.
3 months ago, she got a baby boy, nd in hospital itself she used very abusive words to my parents.
I want divorce now at any cost.
She and her family keeps threatening us telling that they would file a false dowry case against us.
Plz guide what to do
I will never agree for compromise coz we gave 2 years to adjust but she is completely out of control and threatened us many times.
No body can live with such a cheap minded woman.

Hello,
My father has a non-agricultural plot which he has self-acquired situated in Bharuch, Gujarat. He would like to gift it to me (his son), in his presence. What is the best way to go about this in terms of stamp duty etc.?
Also if stamp duty and/ or registration charges are applicable, then at what amount are they payable?

THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL OBSERVATIONS ON THE BODY OF THE DECEASED THAT ARE OMITTED FROM BEING RECORDED IN THE INQUEST PANCHANAMA BY THE POLICE INSPECTOR THE RELATIVE OF THE DECEASED APPROACHED THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE U/S 176 (1) OF CrPC. THE DISTRICT NEGLECTED THE REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INQUEST DUE TO INFLUENCE USED BY POLITICIANS TO DISALLOW ADDITIONAL INQUEST AS THE ADDITIONAL INQUEST BY RECORDING ALL THE OMITTED OBSERVATIONS FOUND IN THE STATE OF RIGOR MORTIS REVEAL THAT DEATH OCCURRED ON LAND AND THEN THE BODY WAS LET IN THE RIVER. THAT THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE NEGLECTED TO HOLD ADDITIONAL INQUEST IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEEK DIRECTION OF HIGH COURT THROUGH A WRIT PETITION?

Dear All Experts,
We had a my late father's self acquired property at my native place . father died in year 2001. I was working in their but due to sad demise of father I went in depression following panic attacks, after one years treatment I recovered from my illness , We found my father's will in a old copper pot which was used to store water in previous days, the will is typed & signature of my late mother & typist of his office who typed the will He also not alive after some time I started hunt for a job & I got one in 2003. I shifted to workplace with family & ask my younger brother to look after the land & take all crops as he is doing the farming , he nodded . I was working at place 550 km. away from my native. I use to visit my native frequently because my mother is living in our house with my brother's family , the house is still on my late father's name , but after death of my mother ( 2005 ) I again went in grief & start suffering by mental illness , my brother & other relatives took undue advantage of the situation & posses our house , he sold out my furniture & utensils , & sold the land to local mafia asking me that he has given it to him for cultivation on contract of two years, In year 2007 land mafia make the sale deed my brother make the changes in revenue records by giving bribes to record keeper, as I was keeping in dark & without taking my concern the mafia took possession of land , as he has a man , money & muscle power & political influence, he didn't allow me to enter in my own land I meet local lawyer & ask them to file civil suite , they agree to do that but delays to file suite by giving one or other reason , some people told me the mafia who posses my land given the money to my lawyer as I don't have enough money to file suite against fraudulent sale deeds of my land , currently I don't have a job, living in rental room, & spent my all saving to survive with family till today.
I'm depressed Frustrated & don't know what to do to overcome from this troublesome situation . please guide me what to do , now my lawyer started telling me my case is exceeded the time limit to file the suite. Looking for your valuable guidance on this issue at the earliest.

Hello my business partner has just split with me , after the split and settlement of dues . I got the cheque cleared and got credit into my saving account . after two days they have lodged a complaint in the police station regarding a stolen cheque against me , they being political leaders are now harassing me , the police officers keep calling me and threatening me . whereas i dont feel safe in going to police station i know they will confine me , cause they are bribed , neither they are clearing me , what exactly complaint is and they call me according me other party's convenience , now the problem is no is ready to listen to me , taking a look at my proofs is a far off thing . they are convicted in already 11-12 cases and dont mind going to police station ,where as i do . i dont know my rights as well as rules . can i go directly to the court , so that i can prove myself right directly there cause if i go i know what will happen to me . i previously have a lot of transaction from their a/c to mine and vice versa , and getting a copy of all previous cheques from bank , they always let the person fill his name , himself which is what they are claiming , that i stole a blank signed cheque . they even trespass my house threaten me but my complaint being filled before they did is not taken into consideration . can i complaint directly to court about behaviour of police and is it ok , if i do not go to police station .

How to convert judicial seperation to divorce
Hello
One of my friend has applied for judicial separation. at time when it was applied the lawyer said once the separation is done then apply for divorce. however for separation it took almost 4 years in the family court.
Now the written argument is started and would like to know for my friend if he at this stage there is any solution to convert it to divorce and how long it could take if amendment done in same case. let me know if this amendment is possible in this case itself.
