Fault in filing appeal

this query is in relation to an order passed in summons for judgement by a single judge against my company to deposit a sum of 1 crore and leave to defend granted,

there is a major error in the order.
i have preferred an appeal against this order with the divisional bench.

my lawyer has not filed the appeal properly and there seems some error like few papers filed in the plint are missing and some additional papers not refereed in the suit is added,

all the papers files are important as far as the merrits of the case are concerned,

the other party has raised their objection in this regards,

would like to know how this would affect my hearing of appeal,

is there a provision to correct the mistakes?

Estoppel

Learned experts,
some person has floated a society and raised funds and cheated the public. He has used my friends name as one of the directors and by forging his signature, has registered the society focussing as promoter. Criminal case has been registered and my friend is accused No.3 He is on bail and attending the court.

Now my question is my friend wants to declare him as unconnected with society and he was never a promoter nor a director. Before which authority should he plead and under what provision of law? We are from Karnataka State.

Gift deed

In Maharashtra there was a notification allowing gifts of immoveable property between specified family members on the payment of Rs 500 stamp fee (stamp fee and affidavit)

The notification does not cover daughters in law (if the son is alive)

Queries

1. Please confirm if daughters in law are covered

2. Also your recent article by aapkaconsultants.com talks of gifts from HUF being covered - although the notification does not expressly provide for gifts from HUF

the wording in the article is
" If gift deed are made to certain family members or relatives no stamp duty has to be paid. This is usually the case when it comes to Hindu Unified Family or transfer to a spouse"

Please confirm

3. will one gift deed suffice is 50% from each of two donors are gifted to two separate donees or will two separate gift deeds have to be prepared

That is:

Mr A who owns 50% gifts his share to to A1 (his son)

Mrs B who owns 50% gifts her share to B1 (other son)

Thank you

My friend suffering for no fault of his

Dear sir/madam,

My friend purchased a plot of land (30x40) in Bangalore, which is very near to my house. He purchased the land from one Mr.Naidu. Mr.Naidu purchased that land earlier from some body else. Land is registered in my friend's name and original sale deed is with him only. This happened around 6 years ago.

One year after purchase of the land, he wanted to construct a compound in the land and requested the seller Mr.Naidu to help as Mr.Naidu is a builder by profession. Then Mr.Naidu told him that there is a case on Mr.Naidu from the person who sold the land earlier to him. Because of increasing land prices in Bangalore, it seems the person who sold the land initially to Mr.Naidu, has put a case saying Mr.Naidu cheated him, this that and all.

Now for Mr.Naidu, he has already sold the land to my friend and got the money. My friend who purchased the land is now in trouble for no fault of his, as he is not even able to construct a compound. This case has been going on for last 5 years and every time we ask Mr.Naidu what happened, he says case is going on, it
will take 3 months more like that.

Could you kindly guide us a way out of this problem.

Thanks,
Krishnan.

Gwa with interim application(child custody)

I am a father of 2.5 years son. I have applied for child custody under GWA with interim application. Judge had passed order for interim application that i can take my child from her home on last sunday of every month from 10:00AM to 02:00PM. I had gone her home to take my child but my wife and her family intentionally was not present at home. Now my next date of visitation is 27/03/2016. After that i have date of hearing in court 01/04/2016. My questions are

1.Can this be consider contempt of court?

2. I am also afraid that this time they will not be present at home.

3. What remedy can be taken to maintain order passed by judge?

4. Is there anything can i do before my hearing date?

Thanks.
