A PERSON WHO IS JUST STUDYING IN LLB 2ND YEAR BUT HE SHOW HIM AS AN ADVOCATE. HE GIVE HIS VISITING-CARD TO OTHER PERSON.
IS HIS ACT IS OFFENSE OR IRREGULARITY.

Hello Experts,
My wife has filed DV act 2005 of section 12,18,22 against me and my family at her native place & address mentioned on the case is of our native address where we dont even reside. Our permanent address is of Mumbai where we reside permanently and even she stayed with us after marraige in Mumbai. after few tussles in family after marraige she went to native and filed criminal cases of 489a, 406, 323, 342, 504, 506 & 34 - adress mentioned in this case if of mumbai.
domestic violence act section 12,18.20,22 - address mentioned of native place.
Criminal Procedure code of section 125 - address mentioned of native place.
My main query here is, are these cases legally valid in the court if filed in wrong address mentioned?
Actual address is of Mumbai & rest of domestic violence cases filed on native address. All cases are filed in native only.
Please suggest your practical opinions.
Is this way of filing cases on wrong address is valid? if no, then what steps to be taken to bring this to the notice of judge?

My mother bought a property(a 30 year old house) in 1981.Recently in 2014, she has given the property by executing a gift deed to me(daughter).Now, I decided to renovate the house and demolished it.I accidentally checked the area mentioned in the document with the actual measurement of the house.I found that that actual measurement was 50.5 X 20 whereas in the property document it is mentioned as 45.2 X 20.The same is found in the sale deed that my mother did in 1981 as well.I would like to correct the dimensions now.I do not know the whereabouts of the seller from whom my mother purchased the docs and not sure if he would help us to correct it mutually.Please advice us how to proceed.Thanks.

Dear Sir,
I had taken the personal loan from Axis Bank & I am unable to pay the o/s amount as I am jobless.I received the notice from Lok Adalat & I have attended the same & agreed for the settlement.The bank asked me to pay Rs.60000/- within a weeks time & I had agreed thereupon.However when the last day of payment approached I could not arrange for the huge funds & I could not pay the sum of Rs.60000/- as I am jobless.
Can I once again approach the Lok Adalat & request for some more time.
Also what will be the consequence of not paying the amount which I had agreed during the Lok Adalat.
Pl advice.

If "A" had parked a car in a unknown persons property next to the road due to non availability of parking in the nearby area, without any bad intention.
actually that property belongs to "B", when "A" came to his car after finishing his work, "B" came and started giving bad words and told he will broke the car and asked "A" where he stays and further asked whether "A" knows one person from "A" locality. The "A" said yes still "B" gave bad words and slapped "A" on the right side of head near ear. After this incident "A" took off his car and due to some office work after one and half hour "A" went to police station to file the non cognizable complaint u/s 323, 504 IPC
and send "A" to Public Health Center for medical examination and doctor certified simple injury. and further stated in non cognizable complaint that "A" is advice to approach proper court of law as per section 155 crpc.
Case is registered of Unknown person, later identified and appeared in police station.
Kindly what "A" should do in this case, whether he should file the private complaint, and if complaint is files then
how many hearings A have to face and what will be the outcome.

My mother expired in May 2015 during a visit to Hyderabad. My father expired in 2012.
My sister expired in September 2015. She had no children.
My mother's bank asked for succession certificate to transfer her assets.
I was issued succession certificate by district court in Saket, New Delhi in Dec 2015 and received assets.
Now my sister's husband has filed for succession certificate in Hyderabad claiming that my sister was my mother's legal heir and he is her legal heir.
My mother stayed in Delhi and filed her income tax return also from here. All her assets are also in bank account in Delhi.
I have not received any summons or notice from court in Hyderabad. Only the bank has been asked for details confirming my mother's assets.
What should I do?

this is a story of my friend abhijit.
abhijits father have 2 brothers
(abhijits paternal uncle.)
all 3 (abhijits father and his 2 brothers) share 100 acre land in them and have 3 children each.
100 acre land is vatan land
now their fathers father(abhijits grand father)decided to give 50% of land to 2nd abhijits paternal uncle after death of 3rd uncle.this is not officially on records.
this 2nd uncle is cultivating that land for nearly 80yrs.
now the children of the deceased 3rd uncle are encroaching,creating havoc crime intrusion and asking for their share.
pls. guide what my abhijit could do.

Technical resignation
Dear sir
I am working as chargeman in ordnance factory GP 4200. I have joined last week only. It has 2 year probation & after that 5 year service bond for 1 lac.
Now I am also selected as SSE in railway gp-4600 .medical & other formalities is due before final joining & it may take another 3-4 months.
I have not intimated ordnance factory that I had appeared for railway exam, since final result was not declared. If I now apply for technical resignation for joining railway ,will I have to pay 1 lac or I will be freed easily.
Also medical is remaining so I cannot leave ordnance before final joining letter comes to me.
Please suggest what to do?
