Can live with former lover nd file divorce petition ?

Hello Sir, Really need some suggestions,
I was in a 5 years long relationship with a guy, we both loved each other.
We got involved in this because we thought we can be life partners, we
assumes that we are married. however unfortunately i married to some
another guy whom my parents introduced me 5 or 6 months back, as they
wanted me to marry in same caste at any cost. now its almost 2 and
half months of my marriage, i came to know this guy is already a
divorcee (which my family member knows before my marriege), heavy
alcoholic (drinks almost dailly), abuses me daily, have beaten me
brutally twice, even her younger sister have slapped me, now i am in
my parents house for holi festival have told everything to my parents
they are not ready to help me to file a divorce petition, my parents
have told me that i have to adjust with him or his insane family,
but now i want to unite with my former lover for whole life, i realize
that i did big mistake for sake of my family,
So my question is can i go and live with my former lover and apply for
divorce from the location he is working? because i do'nt have anyone
in my life to help me except him.
Waiting for suggestions.

What would be the fate of order passed by Lower court

Respected experts....
If a COURT in it's judgment issue certain 6 ( six ) directions to the parties involved in that litigation and parties involved are also ready to comply with all those directions. But out of those 6 directions some 3 ( three ) directions are out of jurisdiction of the COURT and are unconstitutional ....
Now the query is that if the parties challenge only to those 3 unconstitutional directions of which compliance is not possible to the Appellate Court then what would be the effect of Decision of appellate court on all the directions issued by lower Court......
1- if appellate court set aside the quash those unconstitutional 3 directions then other remaining directions would be valid for compliance or those will become infructuous???
2-in general if Lower court pas an order in which there were 6 clauses...And appellate court set aside only 2 clauses out of those 6 .....then what would be effect on whole judgment delivered by lower ccourt.....is that wholly became infructuous???

Collision between landlord and tenant

I have a property and myself stays out of India and the property is manage by one of my relative and under security at gate for 24hours by two watchman shiftwise.
One fine day, a third party came to the property with beleiff and police protection to execute a eviction degree and handing over physical possession to the land lord mention in the awarded degree by the competent court.
The beleiff in presence of police threatened the watchman and caretaker and forcefully taken the keys of the house and through the belongings of watchman outside the building and made a panchnama report saying vacant possession is delivered to the land lord mentioned in the awarded degree, eventhough my watchman and caretaker saying that the owner is out of india and even i talk to beleiff he says i have to follow the court documents and as per court documents the owner is with me to take the possesion.
however, i called my lawyer to check how some one can take the possession by false declaration in the court and how the court passes such degree or judgement without checking the authenticity of the ownership..
my lawyer explained that if any landlord and tenant establish a relation in front of the court then court does not ask the proof for the ownership
This loophole in law has created so much inconvenience to me and my family, everyone is tense and i have to rush to india leaving my work abroad and have to look for competant lawyers for reversing the degree by prooving myself as landlord by showing the original ownership documents and other necessary related documents of electricity, water, muncipal tax etc...
however my lawyer say it will take several months to get the order reversed
and simeltenously he is planning to file a criminal case against the persons who posses themselves as landlord and tenant

my question is
we cannot claim the losses from the government for keeping the loophole in this law..

can i claim the loss of rent for the period the case is proceeded.

what other actions can be taken in this case, can some one advise please i will be greatful.
also if you need further details or copies of the court judgement and copy of suit file by the cheating landlord/tenant
can be provided.

thanks

Can phone call recording considered as evidence in annulment case?

My friend husband filed a false case stating that she had cheated him by concealing facts about her health and played fraud in marriage, but she told him everything before marriage which can be revealed by their phone call conversations. In those conversations he clearly accepted all her health issues before marriage. Can they be considered as major evidence in the case? Please advise
