I taken passport in 2002 and also expired in 2012, my problem is my birth date is wrong in my passport I didn't renewed till now. Now please response for how to change my date if birth in passport as per my SSC certificate with renewal.

Hello Experts,
My uncle has filed a civil suit on me by presenting a forged will (unregistered) of my grandmother.
I have registered will of my grandmother, her signature on her passport which shows her signatures. A visual look itself shows that signatures on unregistered will are completely different - fake - forged.
What I want to know is that
What is the maximum punishment or penalty that a Civil Court can impose in such cases?
Can I claim any damages once the Civil Court decides its a forged will ?

In 2008, 50 persons were selected in Bsnl (result listed only eligible candidates and not any merit list) as Tta, which were sent on training by bsnl starting march 2008 and last batch of 5 persons on 16 July 2008. In 2014 corporate office made new rules in which cut off date for period of service for promotion is set as 1 July of vacancy year. Now when Bsnl is having promotional exam for vacany year 2013-14, which requires 5 years of service, we 5 persons are being made ineligible for sitting in the exam. What should we do. Can recruitment rules be applied retrospectively in a PSU

Srikanth writing from Tamilnadu. My query is regarding claiming rights in property. The details are.
My grandfather registered one of his father property in the year of 1981 to his son, grand son and daughter in law's name. The registered property formed under partnership firm. Every thing got registered in the presence of registeror.. My grand father died in the year of 1984.
Later part in the year of 2007 the two partners were relinquished from partnership. Continuing partner is daughter in law of my grand father.
1.After relinquish of partners will it be necessary to obtain release of the partners at register office. When it was done at the time of property registration.
2.At present the prevailing partner is borrowing loan from outside also trying to sell the property.
3.Other grand sons and grand daughters are available now.
My query is
1. Can we claim our rights in the property.
If us please advise how to proceed.

My father bought a plot of land in his name. He built a house on it. He started an HUF. He has expired. He did a collaboration agreement and retained only one floor. We would like to sell that floor now. Can the Karta sign the sale deed or all co-parceners have to sign the sale deed. Do co-parceners have to go through any procedure prior to making a sale, or the title has automatically passed on to us as the HUF members? Please advise.

my grandfather have one son and three daughters .I am the son of elder daughter.My uncle has taken divorce through court . My uncle is having one child aged 17 years.Does he got any right in the property having by my grandfather.All the properties are self earned properties of my grandfather except one property which is ancestral property.divorce is taken in 2007.My grandfather is still alive and he wrote a will that all the properties are equally shared among his son and daughters. Is it valid? Or requires any changes

Respected Sir,
I have booked a flat with TGS Construction Pvt Ltd in Bangalore on 15 Aug 2015 during pre launch offer by paying 30% of total cost of flat i.e all total Rs810000/-.
At the time of booking the proposed land for flats was not transferred in name of Builder(TGS Construction) from Land owner and till now it is not transferred also. Earlier a sale agreement was only made between them by paying about 35% of total cost, same was cancelled due to non payment of rest amount. Now again a fresh Sale Agreement is made in Feb 2016 by stating paid amount about 35% between land owner and TGS Construction.
At the time of booking builder has made the Memorandum Of Undertaking with me with some terms & conditions by stating that
(i)flats will be handed over in 24 Months. If fails to do so the builder will pay rent fixed on mutually.
(ii) In case of cancellation of this by me (buyer) the builder will refund the paid amount without interest within 90 days. Same way if it cancelled by builder paid amount will be refunded by builder within 90 days with 8% interest.
But from my date of booking (15 Aug 2015)to till now the builder (TGS Construction) has not shown any progress on the proposed land,It is same laying plain land as it was earlier. By asking every times their employees replies that it is under conversion and other various approval by Govt and every time also tell it will be done within 3 months.
Now I wanted to cancel the said booking and want to recover my paid amount as per terms & conditions of MOU. But I have fear that what I will do when given post dated cheque may be bounce because many other customer have faced such problems.
In this regards I have tried to ask for cancellation but they have behave with me in very rude manner.
Therefore, In view of above. It is my humble request to experts, to guide me in very clear way by that I can recover my paid amount.
Or shall I wait for new coming enactment The Real Estate(Amendment ) Bill 2016 which is under process in parliament.
Please guide me accordingly.

My mother in law is harassing me and my family
I married my aunt's son last year after being in a relationship for 6 years. I am still a student. My degree was discontinued due to financial reasons and my health. Even my husband's degree is not complete. He left his studies due to me. Because his mom used to harrase me and my parents, by coming home and fighting in front of neighbors, she used to constantly call at my home and abuse my mom and dad so that her son doesn't come to our home. Because she hates my mom. She blames that my mom changed her son. My dad's family is a joint family with 5sisters n 5brothers. My mom married my dad just like me. My dad is my mom's uncle's son. But my in law and my dads family didn't like their marriage. At that time also my In-law and her siblings harrased my mom until my dad got seperated in the same building. But still there fights continued. But my mom never filed a case against them. But now iam going through the same situation infact more worst situation than her. My husband left his studies and the reason we got married early was his MOMS HARRASEMENT. She harassed me such a way that, now iam suffering with a lifelong disease and treatment. I went into depression and Due to my fainting on a hard surface I got FITS. Since then I am suffering from PARTIAL SEIZURES. And after one year from that, me and my husband decided to marry by convincing my parents and his parents, hoping that her harasement might stop. But it did not. We both are dependent on his father. He's a politian. Here another thing is he hates my dad. Because my dad is the reason he's a politian today, and my dad knows all the illegal things he has done. Not only that, the greatest thing is he has an extra marital affair. And my In-laws fight abusively about that affair in a shameless manner in front of everyone which we cant listen at all. Inspite of all these I married my husband becoz he loves me so much and stood against his mom and dad. After marriage we are continuing our studies. But due to his family problems and his mother, we decided to move out of the house and started living separately untill our studies complete. But still she's harrasing me and my parents especially my mom. First after marriage, my husband's dad, my husband's step brother and step sister harrased me for dowry. His dad used to use abusive language on my dad in front of me for dowry. At that time she was quite because her son became normal with her due to our marriage. Then After 3 months we moved to new flat. From then his mother's HARRASEMENT started. If we don't go to her home she scolds my parents. If we dont lift her calls she scolds my parents. If we doesn't listen her words she scolds my parents. For each and everything she abuses my parents, that they changed her son. She along with her siblings harrase my family. She blackmails us indirectly by harrasing my parents. She doesn't keep a value not only for me,even for her son. She says each and every word happening in house to a passing stranger. She values her siblings more than her husband and son. I am nothing to her. She sees me and my mom as a servant. So we started maintaining a distance from her. But for that too she blackmails my parents. My husband is the only son she has, but my dad has a 16year daughter and a 10year old son still to look on. He's already 60years. He's a asthmatic and has high b.p. She never thinks of my little brother or my sister before fighting. They both get afraid by seeing her shouting loud and fighting. She says to every relative every neighbor wrongly about me and my family. Recently she came to our flat and started shouting that she'll call the neighbors and say badly about us. From then we are not speaking with her. And from then again she's harrasing my parents.She blackmails them that, u have given ur daughter to us. I am not able to understand what shall I do. I feel to separate from this family and relationship. But I cant live without my husband. But I can't live with his mother. But he's the only son she has. I already attemped suicide due to all these. I still feel to attempt, But I have responsibilites too. I want to live my life peacefully with my husband. I want my parents and my family to live peacefully. But we are not able to find a way. Me and my parents are undergoing mental torture. Please someone help me by showing the right path.
