Respected Sir,
Can husband give evidence in place of his wife in property related cases where civil case is filed against his wife.

Yes,husband can give evidence in place of his wife according to section 120 of evidence act.But it wl be more appropriate if it is done after satisfying the court why wife is not able to give evidence.

If husband after being appointed as attorney by wife on her behalf gives evidence, is the evidence taken into consideration by the court.
