नौकरी में date of birth विवाद के कारण मुझे समय से पूर्व सेवानिवृत होना पड़ा जिसको लेकर मैंने Central administrative Tribunal में department के खिलाफ केस किया था। लेकिन केस लम्बे समय तक खिंच रहा है। मेरे पेंशन और बाकि भत्ते भी नही मिले है जिसके कारण आर्थिक स्थिति बिगड़ रही है लेकिन मैं केस वापस लेना नही चाहता हूँ। क्या इस स्थिति में मुझे गलत date of birth पर पेंशन फॉर्म भर के लेना उचित और न्यायसंगत होगा? क्या department मेरे ऊपर धोखाधड़ी/fraud का केस कर सकता है? या न्यायिक द्रष्टीकोण से कोई उचित तरीका हो तो मार्गदर्शन करे।

नौकरी में date of birth विवाद के कारण मैंने central administrative Tribunal में department पर केस किया है जिसमे दो date of birth में से एक सही date of birth के निर्धारण में सही दिशा निर्देशो का पालन करने के लिए निर्देश देना है। अब मैं इन दो date of birth में से एक गलत DATE of birth को निरस्त करने हेतु U.P. education board के खिलाफ एक केस district court करना चाहता हूँ । क्या यह न्यायसंगत होगा?अगर मैं इस निरस्त dob को CAT में प्रस्तुत करूँगा तो CAT द्वारा इसे accept किया जाएगा या नही?

Dear Sir,
Please note I have created my export commercial invoice on 31.03.2016 in my system that is in the financial year 2015-2016 at MUMBAI.
Also note that the goods has been dispatch ed from daman plant on 06.04.2016 that is in the year 2106. Our shipping bill and Bill of lading is issued on 06.04.2016.
The goods exported has been purchase against H form for export purpose.
So please advice whether I can get H form from salex tax department and my domestic sell can close it from with sale tax department

Hi Sir,
I have house which was given by my parents, when both my parents are alive, They gave this house for rent to my elder sister. After both my parents died, she is claiming that this house belongs to them (Since they are living there since 1991) and not to us. I have registered Will saying that this house belongs to me.
Please help me on how to get my house back.

hello sir,I am manoj more sir I was appointed as an electrician in 512 army base workshop and while I was serving I was selected as chargeman under direct recruitment.when I selected as a chargeman I have submitted my technical resignation.
when I was electrician my last basic was 10500+2400 GP.PB(5200-20200+2400GP.).now my pay band is(9300-34800+4200GP)my query is what is my pay fixation

Snooping, surveillance and synchronized harassment
I am seeking support and assistance based on the facts mentioned below.
I am living in constant terror and alarm of snooping, surveillance and synchronized harassment, which has been going on since year 2010. Additionally I am being continually harassed by annoying phone calls by unknown persons who devised, and participated in a conspiracy to engage in Life Threatening Phone Calls to criminally intimidate and harass me. I am daily getting spam number calls, these calls are sometimes from companies or individual persons pretending to be someone else . These callers have been varying from urban professional to rustic rural all numbers some were from unknown numbers. These Stalkers have been communicating with me to harass, by telephone, and in person by making persistent inquiries about me my Bank Status, and Lockers. They are interested with trying to know every little detail of my life, what I eat, how I eat, when I eat, who I talk to. A minutest action like porting a phone number is reported back and is being monitored.
Cyber Hacking & Stalking, Organized Criminal Harassment, Malicious Stalking, Criminal Conspiracy, Criminal Intention & Intimidation, Continuously throwing stones at my property .
